The state of nature according to Locke is "a state of perfect flexibility to order their actions and dispose of their belongings and persons as they believe fit ... without asking leave or relying on the will of any other guy." For Locke, the state of nature is where people exist without an established government or social contract. In a considering that the state of nature is a state of anarchy, of no order. What John Locke believed about the state of nature was that if guys might act in a positive method, they might reach order without being definitely controlled by someone.
The state of nature is a state of liberty where individuals are totally free to pursue their own interests and plans, free from disturbance.
Individuals act according to "laws of nature" which consist of ethical equality and natural liberty. Society can exist and remain civil as long as people can collaborate to safeguard themselves and each other from those who do not follow the laws of nature.

In the law of nature, natural ethical concepts that individuals are naturally inclined towards are implemented.
The basic laws mentioned in the law of nature were that male is God's residential or commercial property, for that reason one can protect oneself from damage. It likewise stated that a person has the duty to safeguard others from damage, therefore one is also bound to punish those who trigger harm. These views of the law of nature are partly come from Locke's belief in God and His development of male and all things in the world.
The state of nature can cause a state of war when an individual attempts to damage another with concerns to their life, health, liberty, or ownerships.
In the state of nature people acknowledge the law of nature and for that reason do not hurt one another. A state of war can begins when two or more males declare war on one another, by taking from one another, or by trying to make one another their servant. Considering that in the state of nature there is no civil power to whom guys can appeal, and since the law of nature allows them to safeguard their own lives, they might then kill those who would bring force against them. Due to the state of nature lacking civil authority, when war starts it is likely to continue.
This is one of the strongest reasons that men have to abandon the state of nature by contracting together to form civil government. Men enter into a political society because the wish to preserve their state of nature. Since in the state if nature there is no rule of law, their natural rights are not properly defended. Locke proposed the removal from the state of nature in the form of a representative democracy that would be charged with defending these rights.
