In Sany, I am responsible for managing and incharging the entire excavator, motor grader and transit mixture production. I am also responsible for leading and managing the work of a workforce of 183 employees. Not only that, besides working dedicatedly behind my job, I managed to prepare myself for clearing out the exams for qualifying as an internal auditor, as I am never satisfied with same old qualifications. I cleared the exam with excellence and got certified as an Internal Auditor for Integrated Management System based on (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007).

This blend has given me a broader perspective to and a good understanding of life and a goal to aim for. Among other things, I have this diversity of experience to offer this university. The transition to Sany Heavy Industries India marked a new-step in my career. As a team leader, I was entrusted with the responsibility on sophisticated, intriguing and challenging projects that lead me in learning to handle work force and sketching out new procedures to ensure that goals are achieved in time. Australia offer one of the best average salaries in the world. In some job sectors, the payment is even higher one-week wage is the same as one month in UK/USA. Even with the higher living costs there, you could make as much as triple your average wage. Let us be honest, this is big reason to work in Australia!
The unemployment rate in Australia is incredibly low – 5.2% while in other countries there is job shortage, Australia has skilled workers shortage.
