In the past, there was no research conducted on Role of Mentoring in Employee Performance: a Case Study of Community World Service Asia (CWSA) Afghanistan Office which requires extensive research.The researcher is the former staff of CWSA who has worked for one and half year as research consultant in DRR project, the researcher has the broad interest in research and because of his work and assignments, the researcher developed considerable familiarity with source materials on Afghanistan in English and national languages as we as the researcher involved in many research and information management projects on Afghanistan and gained a board knowledge of Afghanistan history and now a days the researcher is working with Afghanistan High Peace Council as a Research and Study Specialist.Community World Service Asia Profile:CWSA aim is to statement issues that divide people by supporting comprehensiveness, shared principles, variety, and interdependence. Demoted societies are assisted regardless of race, trust, color, stage, gender, economic situation, or political view. Regarding the correct to select how to live, we work with demoted groups and communities to overcome the effects of disparities and lead peaceful, honorable and resilient exists.The CWSA has been working in the region for the decades and has my partner in government and non-government level as name some of the like: Multi-lateral Organizations, International Professional Networks and a host of National, Local and International NGOs. (Mathis and Jackson 2011), Employees having same knowledge are better able to know the needs of each other and their work environment which is possible through level and strength of provided training. Applying this, they can also bring required results with their collective efforts. Earlier studies have highlighted the importance of the employees work in the shape of groups or teams. (Hence, Smith et al., 2001) have investigated that organizations have accepted the importance of training and increasingly adopted evaluating and polishing employee work structure to minimize the cost of production, better utilize their resources, increase productivity and ultimately increase organizational performance.The study will result in providing exact evidence on classifying the most significant issues which move the role of mentoring in employee's performance in Community World Service Asia (CWSA) Afghanistan's Office in completely and damagingly and how to solve the problems exist in mentoring, employee performance , therefore it benefit the organization as well as the employees.
