That relates to happiness in my family because that is something that we do, when we’re all at the dinner table except for wearing our bathing suits, but we like to talk and laugh. From my standpoint, spending the day with my family makes me and them happy, we enjoy spending time with one another even if it’s just for a couple of hours or even a few minutes.

For my family it’s the little things that matter, that’s the key to happiness for some families. Doing things for other family members also shows deep love in a family. Some families become really happy when they get the news that their child has been accepted to a top university and able to have a good education. While some families don’t have the money to spend to send their children to a top university. The families that do have money are able to help their child start their career. I believe that any education is good as long as you pay attention and focus, and like to learn. All education is the same if you think about it with the only difference that some are fancier.

Money can also be important for some families to be happy. I’ve met people who only care about making a lot of money and having the best things in life, and that’s not bad because if that’s your goal then go ahead and reach that. When this is a goal it can come between family and that’s not good because parents start to only care about money. This becomes a problem for kids because they aren’t getting their parents affection, the way they show affection is by giving them money. Their parents in a way are saying “Here have some money and leave me alone.” When these kids grow up they think that they need money to be happy because that’s what their parents taught them, happiness is money. “This was the summer when I spent the mornings in front of the television that showed the comfortable lives of white kids. There were no beatings, no rifts in the family. They wore bright clothes; Toys tumbled from their closets. They hopped into bed with kisses and woke up to glasses of fresh orange juice, and to a father sitting before his morning coffee while the mother buttered his toast” . This TV show showed the kid how life should be like and how they should be living it, but not everyone can live like that and this is giving children the wrong idea of what happiness is. Everybody would like the sound of having a family like that, but unfortunately not everyone can have that. If you ask me you don’t want to be rich you-want to be happy. Mass media has convinced us that wealth leads to happiness, but that is not always the case. Yes money will help you with so many things like achieving goals, providing for the future, and it’ll make life more enjoyable, But having all that doesn't guarantee fulfillment.

Finally, it may be concluded that happy families are alike. Many families are happy with different things that they are surrounded by, but at the end of the day whatever makes us happy also makes us alike. We are alike because we are sharing happiness even if it’s in different ways.
