Introduction

Reflection in personal development helps to take initiatives in individual development program in organisational context by raising positive and negative aspect of learning. "Gibbs's Reflective Cycle" in this report will be used to analyse I have learnt. By this model, I able to improve communication, skills, methods used in communication process, negotiation skills, which I can improve in dealing with others. With the practical implication of skills of communication skills, negotiation, and assertiveness I will be able to enhance my skills.

An American sociologist and psychologist Graham Gibbs developed a reflective cycle model in "Learning by Doing'. This cycle encourages people to think systematically in performing in the communication process, their experiences (Gibbs, 2010). The reflection of those activities in the communication process is structured in more detail-conscious action plans, enabling changing, adjusting behaviour in creating a positive impact on people.

This reflective summary shows the learning about communication process in first week, next week, we have learned about application of verbal and non-verbal communication in dealing with others in business or profession in third week, team formation, learning in team activities, what are actions needs to be implemented in each step and in fourth week , and making assertive communication in responding in team functioning and negotiation skills in final week .

In different field of performances grasp I have taken initiatives to improve communications skills in business doing in health and social setting action in first week and for improving verbal and non-verbal communication in second and third week using "Gibbs Reflective Model".

Negotiation in business process is also important because the skills are also part of communication to others by making benefits business organisation considering all factors associated in business conditions, I have learned in the fourth week. Team performing in achieving in organisation context, to make communication skills in team performing, I have also taken action to improve skills in interacting with different members of team, sharing information to them and assertiveness in communication will be discussed in this reflective summary using Gibbs reflective cycle in relation to performing log in 1 to 5 week in consecutive row and assertiveness in fifth week in working in a team. In this cycle of learning outcome as a professional in the development of some quality supervised course teacher in-class format. To ensure my learning in up to mark, I was attentive and ensure this time best useful for taking the lesson effective in practice. I take part in all case study given by teacher in solving different problems in a real-life examples of management in the health care industry. My classmate also trying to this way, and we were interactive to solve this case problem in getting ideas of knowledge in practical life in a teamwork in perspectives of health and care setting.

Feelings in Gibbs' reflective cycle

Learning process in five-week I was cautious about my improvement of leaning, initial stage of learning was to given improvement in gathering information about what I am learning, after that, I prepared my own plan actions in this cycle process to make effective in the learning process. I had a strong feeling of learning in this process as important as a professional and it was also important for my future career planning.

In the planning process of this cycle, I felt some positive aspects for improving the learning process, which was going on. I understood the process of learning and tried to improve these learning to improve communication in business. I was very confident about the learning and process used for making some quality in the communication process used in business function as a professional.

In looking back to this cycle, I used in the learning process as part of planned initiatives and making as part of my career plan as an effective way. The learning skills in this process were great in the organizational context and I was confident about these learning process and model used in this reflective report. This cycle feels me be part of professionalism, as part of an important aspect of making academic life career-oriented from very beginning (McQuail, and Windahl, 2015).

Evaluation or practice in Gibbs' reflective cycle In the learning process of during these weeks, various things were discovered by me, some aspects are positive, and some are negative. This study, the evaluation of this study from my perspectives, some positive experiences are important, these things have enabled me to understand are, which needs to be given importance, and which require to be more interactive in professional level. In discovering understand of this cycle of evaluation, the model used was very effective in a sense, that it was very practical in guiding communication, working in a team, managing people in team, negotiation in business dealing and making me assertiveness in real-life functioning ( Bishop, 2013).

I realized that communication skill in the business process not only in business but also in other profession provides the opportunity to be excel. What factor hinder in the communication process, the process or medium used in the communication process are analysed by me. Verbal and non-verbal communication basically helps me to attain some communications skills in different communication systems used by the organization (Bacigalupe, and Lambe, 2011). The negotiation process in working conditions is formulated by some step, assertiveness in making good working environment, flexible working conditions, and making the good environment as employees to other in business conditions assertiveness, I have to be more active, effective in a business organization as a manager in health and social setting of business (Firth, 2014).

Under this cycle, I understand the importance of these initiatives in the communication process and factors used in the successful completion of this cycle. I think if I am able to make sure these skills in functioning in a team, provides an opportunity to be successful in business performance as a professional. In class, I was active in participating in questing and answer session which helps to make sure learning into practice and from others in the activity.

From an online source, I downloaded some materials and studied which helped me to improve the case study solution in the business process of health care as manager. The evaluation of this cycle is for improvement of skills needs in different field of business functioning in the communication process of business as part of professional thinking.

Analysis in Gibbs cycleEffective learning of this cycle is very important for reflective learning because it helps to analyse various learning process used in reflective report as for making objectives into actions. This analysis of reflective report provide opportunity in improving skills in practical profession life. From beginning learning of week is very much important to make communication more effective by ensuring efficient communication medium. I used my analysis as part of making more effective by analysing learning in different week of reflective log. I used the method in the communication process making positive, different feeling of performances of own and others and initiatives are under consideration for developing skills in this reflective cycle. I used this as analysis using assertiveness in achieving flexible working conditions in health & social setting of communication. Assertiveness is related to confidence and the ability to say something in a direct way to others or respect others' thoughts or feelings (Twenge, 2014).

In third and fourth week I learned the importance of communication in and skill required to make communication, in communicating with others, it was some consuming and tough to make clear understanding of message to receiver, because in choosing medium, encoding, decoding of messages was very noisy & complex job for me. In team performing I was active, interacting and sharing information to others, effectively in team and understanding of the behaviour of others in the team performing in week three and four. In the final week, I learn how to influence by negotiation process getting interactive in business dealing, it was important for me to increase knowledge & skills in negotiating and making business deal in positive attitude (Bishop, 2013). In the negotiation process various hindrances disturb me, in the form of psychology, communication used in, language, which I need to be improved in great care.

I must be communicative in performing in different field of team working, in case study solving I must improve, skills required in solving case from perspectives of business analysis. This enables me to increase knowledge of understanding of communication and negotiation in a health care system.

Feelings are the thinking of a person, in team performance, one may not be able to understand the aim of the group, good relation, explaining by others, one can contribute in a team. So, confidence in team performance is very important because it brings more innovative ideas into performances. Assertiveness informing by different employees in organizational or team performances, shows good relation, making effective relation to others, effective good reactions and usage of resources in effective communication using various medium among numerous probable available (Twenge, 2014). This experience helps me in performing in a team, shows some positive, and negative experiences but usage capability or application prudently in working conditions in an assertive way. This experience I have gathered helps in improving new skills, enabling to be confident, using assertiveness in teamwork dictates communicate assertively, reduce conflict in group performances making effective interaction process in business functioning in heal and safety industry (Bishop, 2013). I understood that module helps me to understand the quality are required in performing in communication process, I think learning in team, perfuming by making reflective in needs of organisational context team building, performing in team, by taking different actions to make team effective in functional level (Rummler, and Brache, 2012).

Conclusion in Gibbs Reflective CycleI faced some problems in the communication process, choosing the medium in communication process, I faced some difficult problem in case solving, which was misleading in various forms. I learned about team performing, being assertiveness in performance in team or for personal development in for future career. I wanted to develop my skills in practical life during these weeks of personal reflection of learning and wanted to get an opportunity in a professional area. This reflective process involves, for improving different actions, initiatives to better performances, and I had taken initiatives to add value as a manager in health & safety organisation in phase of communication in health and social setting organisation as manager. The action by me in performing work in team performance in facing with different communication process in the workplace needs to be implemented some actions plan for making successful reflective strategy in the organisational context of health and safety care business as manager. I need to be an effective communicator in business performing by taking initiatives for improving quality as a manager in business through reflective analysis. Communication process in business organisation I stepped some process, in every step needs to be an effective role of receiver to make communication effective. I must remove barrier by parties involved in making efficient employee in the communication process, using a communication tool effectively for verbal and non-verbal communication in business functioning in need of organisation. Negotiation in arranging flexible working business environment as management, maintaining good relation to others in team or parties involved in the business process and assertiveness provides opportunity to an employee as a confident employee in the mind of others.
