My Inspiration to Choose Rutgers College

It is hard for students to pick a college that best fits them. For me, I have always wanted to attend Rutgers University ever since I came to the US because I believe that my state university will provide me with the best education for the best price. Only fifteen minutes away from home, Rutgers can offer me the greatest facilities, challenges and a diverse community where I can achieve my personal goals.

When I came to the US, coming from a society where everyone’s beliefs, values, and culture were not far from each other.

I struggled to interact with and understand different people. But as time passed, I learned to think more openly, accept and respect other beliefs, values and culture freely. Soon after I came to the understanding that diversity is a healthy educational environment where students can think outside their own views of the world. Rutgers offers me a campus where I can expand my horizons. It allows me to explore different views of this world without having the expense of travel.

Rutgers will give me a superior understanding and learning views were I can apply in the real world.

As a young man, I am always eager to learn new thing from people with the great amount of experience and knowledge. As interested as I am in engineering, I am always captivated to learn how things work the way they do. Since my interest requires substantial knowledge and a strong background in sciences and mathematics, I am confident that Rutgers University can help me learn what I need to succeed.

I am very excited that the University offers a substantial amount of courses along with different minors. I know Rutgers will challenge me to use my various skill sets like critical thinking and problem solving alone my journey. With a good education from a university like Rutgers in my hold, I will have tons of opportunities waiting for me in the real world.

Finally, my main inspiration to choose Rutgers is my older brother, who graduated from Rutgers in 2016 and currently working as an Aircraft Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing. He gives most of his success credit to Rutgers. His success story is just one of many. I choose Rutgers because I want to be successful like my brother. The goal of my life is to help the people in need and inspire others to do good. I believe Rutgers offers me everything I need in order to achieve these. When the time arises to step into the real world, I will be carrying a Rutgers diploma and with a great honor and responsibility to wherever my life may lead me.
