KP kitchen is a West African restaurant fully registered with the South African companies and intellectual property commission (CIPC). It will be located in Johannesburg because of the huge population of West Africans especially Nigerians, Ghanaians and Cameroonians. These countries listed above have similar food types that are mostly organic.
KP kitchen is focused on serving traditional West African food and drinks to service the West African population in Johannesburg. The kitchen is also 100% black women owned venture. KP kitchen utilize the freshest organic produce and also meat, to provide customers with meals of high nutritional value inspired by West African culture.
The location offers a relaxing atmosphere for customers to enjoy the traditional meal, also providing options for takeaways, delivery, different payment options and even catering for special events. This will be an advantage over our competitors. We are aware of the trend in the restaurant industry especially in south Africa, we are not going to be limited by our location but we operate online services which will allow our client to order food online and food get delivered to their homes around Johannesburg.
Our customer's health is of great priority to us, that is why we are committed to using 100% organic raw ingredients in preparing meals for our client.
Also the West African food is considered by West Africans as medicinal, it is believed that these foods boost their immunity and as such they hardly fall sick and look stronger than other Africans. This is also the main reason why they strive to get their traditional food where ever they find themselves around the world.
KP kitchen also cares much about the environment, we will make sure our operations takes place in environmental compliant building (green building), making sure we reduce to the barest minimum, waste from our food production process an also committed to reducing pollution and environmental degradation. KP kitchen will be sourcing for alternative energy such as solar energy to reduce carbon foot print.

Our vision is to become a well-known brand kitchen and have branches of our restaurant in major cities in southern Africa where West Africans dwell in considerable numbers.

KP kitchen will be located in yeovil, Johannesburg, reasons it has high numbers of west African staying there and also there is huge traffic of west Africans from other part of Johannesburg and Pretoria to that place.
Our intention of starting a West African restaurant business is to build a standard business in Johannesburg. Although our restaurant might not be as big as some of the leading brands in the industry, but will ensure that we put the right structure in place that will support the kind of growth that we have in mind while setting up the business. We will ensure that we hire people that are qualified, honest, customer centric and are ready to work to help us build a prosperous business that will benefit all the stake holders.
As a matter of fact, profit-sharing arrangement will be made available to all our senior management staff and it will be based on their performance for a period of 5years or more.
