Currently, I am working as a Human Resources Coordinator and completed my undergraduate degree in Health Management. I had to take the course in human resource management from the undergraduate level so that I could gain a fundamental basis through which I could be able to learn about the actual factors that affect the human resource functioning within organizations. During the course, I was introduced to numerous case studies in human resources.

Due to the positive reputation, I would like to be part of the success and represent the institution in the business world. The highly qualified and professional instructors within the university create a conducive environment for the learners to study. Joining the university would also provide me with the opportunity to meet with the professional instructors and take lectures from them on how to effectively manage businesses; something I consider to be of great value. Furthermore, the university is located in a good geographical location.

Most of the students that study within the university have the opportunity to interact with nature by visiting the San Fernando Valley, beaches among other geological features. I believe that some time should be spent doing extracurricular activities such as rock climbing and swimming. By joining USC, I feel that I will have an opportunity to explore the world in a broader way when I am not in class. Safety is an important factor for every learning institution such as USC. Learners focus on checking the surrounding environments around the institutions before deciding to join them for various courses. After researching about the university, I can confidently say that it is geologically situated within a safe environment; one that offers learners a friendly and safe environment for learning. I feel that I will be able to study effectively with this kind of environment. Having not to worry about one’s security is an advantage that every learner takes advantage of. Similarly, the weather in California is conducive for learning.

It does not distract the traditional learning process which might be caused by too low or high temperatures. Ideally, the weather is favorable most of the time and thus creates a conducive environment for all the learners. Being a human resource student, it will undoubtedly be a conducive environment for me as I will be required to go for industrial based learning within the business market. Ultimately, outside class, I have worked in a considerable number of organizations in the human resource department. This has provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge in the human resource management. These skills will help me in ensuring that I have a good start in the master’s course at the USC.
