The proposal comprises two parts; the former part introduces the strength of this theme, in regards to its relevance to Hong Kong and the latter part covers the details in the week, including the issues that can be explored during it and the ways that the selected issue can be addressed.

Growing up in a challenging world” is a perfect theme for the week as it is process high relevance to Hong Kong as Hong Kong itself is already a city saturated in challenges which measures youths’ ability on different areas, majorly educational, cognitive and social.
