Our target school is a local private school. It has made small and gradual progress in the technology implementation within its system and instruction. Their aim; however, is to maximize the integration and utilization of technology more effectively and embed it within different aspects of the learning process, within 2 years. The administrators and teachers are open and ready for collaboration and are looking forward to being a part of such an experience and benefit, for them to keep up with the technology and E-learning evolution, both on the personal and institutional level.
Teachers use it within instruction and delivery process, while administrators use it for basic importing and saving data.
Objective 1 Teachers will effectively incorporate technology into all feasible disciplines at an interactive level to optimize student learning and achievement.

Different online and technological resources for learning activities such as virtual labs or online discussions. Different tools and platforms to present subject content such as podcasts.
Responsibility: Academic Directors, Technology Staff, and teachers will work collaboratively together to choose the right technology/tool for the right content/ discipline.
The demographic is K-12 Lebanese Digital Native Students at a Private School who have internet access at home. The students will have access to Ipads and laptops (provided by the parents), along with internet wireless access embedded in the school. As for addressing the student differences and learning styles, students will be exposed to different tools such as synchronous and asynchronous discussion forums on an LMS, group work, and various modes of representation that would accommodate all the students preferences to personalize the learning process.
The school will adopt Edmodo as a Learning Management System, which is user-friendly. Furthermore, the teachers and students will be trained in using the tool. Apart from the LMS, the students will already be acquainted with most of the tools integrated, due to their regular use on daily basis. As for the advanced tools, such as virtual labs and Illuminate Student System, an orientation will introduce the students, teachers, and parents to their features and affordances. In terms of maintenance and risk management, the IT Support Department will be available for any technical difficulties.
The importance of design in multimedia teaching is exposing the students to various mediums and tools of presentations that would support and reinforce their preferred learning styles. The variety of multimedia tools will be chosen by teachers of the same discipline according to the learning objectives and outcomes. Furthermore, the school focuses on constructive, co-constructive, and dialogic pedagogies. Therefore, the technologies integrated should be meaningful which supports these pedagogies.
Different tools used will encourage different types of interactions between the different parties involved. For instance, Illuminate will foster Teacher-parent communication, Edmodo will foster teacher-student and student-student interaction. As for the rest of the tools, they will foster group collaboration among peers and exposure of learners to the global world. In other words, the interaction will take place as one to one, one to many, many to many, and many to one. The teacher is not always in control of the knowledge delivery. Instead, it is learner-centered, inquiry-based, autonomous, constructive, and co-constructive. This will promote peer teaching/feedback, along with teacher feedback. Tools will also provide instant and direct feedback to the learners, such as Educational Games or Virtual Labs.
Within this integration, all the stakeholders will work together as one. The teachers, students, parents, administrators, and the authentic world will all be connected together which will strengthen the overall networking between them. The technologies will be used in a way to supplement learning to make sure that it is used to its optimal efficiency rather than as a replacement tool. Also, the teachers are encouraged to attend conferences and interact with teachers outside the school using social media platforms such as LinkedIn as it is a professional arena that facilitates so.
Several topics will be addressed by teachers and students in form of awareness. These topics cover issues such as copyrights and plagiarism, cyber-bullying, identity theft, blurring the lines between formal and informal communication, netiquette, invasion of privacy and personal information, increased risks of hacking and viruses. Teachers will provide students with the standardized guidelines of the general use of technology and social tools, and specific guidelines of each application used, along with their privacy controls. Parents' consent will be ensured before any actions are taken, such as creating a Facebook account or sharing personal data. Besides, the IT department will stay up to date and take the necessary actions and precautions regarding the exposure to any inappropriate soft-wares or websites.
