Even after transitioning to a different project and mentor for the third term, Engr. Pineda continued to inquire about our thesis and was among the first to congratulate us after a successful defense.

His commitment to being there for me, akin to Ms. Bong (Evelyn Ruth M. Manuel), never wavered. Even when physically absent, his presence was deeply felt. Engr. Over time, he transformed from being a mentor to one of my best friends and a paternal figure in my school life.
