Motivation is not a one size fits all. It can be difficult to stay motivated. I think the best thing a person can do to stay motivated, is through small steps with life towards their goal or purpose. Here's a quick summary of 3 primary forms of motivation that works in my life.
They are:
I am doing what makes me happy in the present moment. Today I know what forms of motivation works best for me.
That is to find purpose in my life, achieve goals, and to learn and grow as an individual. As long as you can have a strong sense of motivation, you can achieve your goals and go after what you want for your life. Knowing what form of motivation works best for me, I am excited that I am doing what makes me happy in the present moment.
There was a time in my life that I had to tell myself that change what needed to happen was to look within me.
Eventually, I became focused on my direction and purpose with my life, this helped me to become motivated to have the desire to make positive changes. Next, when I discovered my purpose in life, I needed to empty my mind of all the false belief's to be able to move forward. Another way I kept motivated was by raising the standard of my needs and wants.
Secondly, without goals, you lack focus and direction. For this reason, it helped me to be motivated, so I could achieve my goals and go after what I wanted in my life. Most importantly, goal setting is a process that starts with wanting to achieve. My desire to achieve my goals with my education, I am determined to do my best and be successful.
