SGT's vision statement reads, “To be the premier partner of the federal government providing high value technical solutions that advance the state of humanity and human knowledge.” While this vision statement does shed light on what SGT aspires to become—a premier partner of the federal government—it appears to lack explicit inclusion of organizational values, especially when compared to the mission statement.

While it clearly outlines SGT's aspiration to be a premier partner of the federal government, it could benefit from a more profound integration of the values that drive employee inspiration and commitment.
