Positive relationships can only be formed in an environment that is conducive. Conducive environment incorporate critical focus on the underlying leadership styles, communication process adopted, leadership personality and the type of relationship that is formed between leaders and their followers. These factors work effectively together since it is very difficult to find a leader who values positive relationships and interactions within a given environment but does not implement measures that can help achieve positive relationships(Ashley, 2008).

According to Colla et.al (2014), various leaders tend to employ different leadership strategies, which they believe that are strategic and important in the implementation of better organizational policies to boost organizational performance. Therefore different leadership styles that are adopted by leaders influence the type of working environment that exists between management and employees. There is need to ensure that the organization strategy that is in place has better and significant reflection of organizational values and strategies. Being a successful leader does not only hinge on being successful to deliver in terms of performance but the need to ensure that followers within a given organization are able to understand important concepts which are crucial to the success they have. This involves ensuring that followers have a significant understanding and focus on key issues and decisions within organizational environment. Positive relationship within an organizational context can only be formed when there exists greater focus on individualcontribution where their performance levels are acknowledged. This means that working as a team forms an important part of enhancing positive mutual relationships within a given environment (Colla et.al., 2014).

Effective leaders must be able to get the attention of his followers and thus cannot be achieved through intimidation and any unorthodox means but it is supposed to be developed clearly based on the operational strategies that have been developed within a given environment. Building positive relationship

Employee need to feel part of the business engagement and this can only be achieved when there is positive consideration within organizational context where success can be achieved. Being part of an organization involves being vital to the management where issues are solved with significant ease in order to ensure that there is greater concentration on productivity rather than issues within organizational context. Therefore, the issue on sustainability must be effectively developed to have a proper representation within a given organizational context. These issues can be effectively be solved when the leader decided to incorporate positive strategies which focus on developing a highly advanced organizational interaction environment where it would be possible to have significant engagement and overall positive focus within organizational context(Jan Verheul & Schaap, 2010).

Leadership is key in ensuring that there is better plan since systematic planning and execution of key plans must be effectively developed to ensure that there is a greater focus on the underlying issues within organizational context. This means that positive relationships issues within organizational context can only be solved by ensuring that there is a significant focus on the role of every employee within the organization. Being part of the process as a leader developed key positive qualities which ensure that there is a greater understanding under which better decisions can be made(Saravo et al., 2017).

Commitment towards a common goal shapes the overall understanding within a team since there is need to ensure that there is a greater focus and emphasis on better organizational performance based on the outlined values. A visionary leader is a leader who focuses ahead by putting in place key measures under which successful integration can be achieved. A visionary leader is a team player and develops a string relationship within an organizational team in ensuring that success is achieved. Ensuring that every players within the organization is focused on the specific goal outlined is a key aspect that visionary leaders tend to pursue(Ryan & Tipu, 2013).

The long-term focus creates a well-engaged environment where it is much clear to develop a greater focus and understanding in ensuring that the laid down key elements are effectively achieved and set a better organizational environment where success is guaranteed. Visionary leaders tend to thrive on innovation and change. A visionary leader therefore encourages positive development and creative critical thinking skills among his employers in order to create a better environment under which long-term success can be attained.

A leader who seeks to improve relationship with the team should be flexible enough to ensure that the suggestions of other players within a given environment are effectively taken into consideration. Flexibility in this case would ensure that a greater understanding ideas and decisions that are raised by others. It is important for leaders to ensure that they put into focus the ideas raised by others in order to ensure that there is a successful engagement under which better decisions can be made. Even though a leader may opt to make all the decision independently, it is important to focus on the views of other members of the team in ensuring that there is successful positive interaction(Abrell-Vogel & Rowold, 2014).

Having a strong focus on the team and is known to develop trust among his employees that has positively improved the company performance as well as increased employee commitment. An important part of any leadership is developing trust and listening to those around you rather than posing a sole player in company decision-making process. Factors influencing effective leadership

Diversity is one of the significant development strategies that my organizations are putting in place and thus as a leader it is important to be in a better position to effectively understand these diversities within a workplace environment. A leader should create a diverse organizational culture to ensure that employees from diverse cultures are able to relate and associate effectively within the organization(S. Michel et al., 2014).

Cross-cultural differences need to be effectively handled through a high-level focus strategy where an understanding between followers can be effectively developed. This ensures that better relationships are formed which improve the overall environment under which better and informed decision can be made which have a positive influence on the type of relationships that are formed within an organizational context. It also helps individuals to realize that it is important to adopt a more flexible diverse culture where there are no strong cultural links, which may prevent effective information sharing(Triggle, 2015).

Various strategies are being implementing to ensure that there is greater level of focus and engagement within a given setting. Intercultural diversity is key in determining better strategies within workplace environment where it dictates relationships(Rosser et al., 2017).

Leadership styles that promote positive relationships

Leaders employ leadership style styles depending on what they hope to achieve as well as their leadership traits, which help in making informed decisions. There are key leadership styles that are effectively engaged and provide a better environment under which positive relationships within a particularenvironment can be effectively developed. Leaders need to choose their leaderships styles effectively by engaging the stakeholders that are involved. These styles target varying level of engagement as dictated by the leader who plays an integral role in determining then type of relationships that are formed.

Transformational leadership style is a critical leadership style that is used to build relationship between leaders and their followers. Transformational leadership model is a leadership approach that focuses on developing change within an organization while focusing on already existing mechanisms. The model is aimed at developing positive change among employees since it is done in a more engaging way where employees feel part of an organization. The model ensures that employees are connected to the set mission and collective identity of the organization. A transformation leader plays a key role in ensuring that his or her followers are motivated by communicating effectively the objectives and the level of interaction that need to be developed in creating a highly engaged environment that focuses on success. Leaders need to understand the environment where they are expected to have a positive focus where followers can be effective engaged. Transformational leadership style acknowledges the important role that is played by team players in ensuring that that a given objective is attained(Schultz & Bezuidenhout, 2013).

Servant leadership is another crucial leadership style that focuses on improving the existing interactions within organizational context. Team interaction and target setting are some of the key competencies that are crucial in improving positive development within my organization where there is better relationship among all stakeholders. Servant leadership highlights the overall understanding of key qualities of a leader. A leader is expected to create a better and clear relation with his or her servants in order to be respected, which is something that comes out naturally. Therefore, the underlying understanding on the need to create a better environment for better service delivery within a given environment thus plays an integral role in improving the overall understanding of being a leader. Servant leadership is highly preferred leadership type since there is a common understanding on the need to develop a better environment where there would be positive interaction between a leader and a servant(Bergström, Gianoli, & Rao, 2012).

The dynamic cultural leadership model ensures that organizations provide products and services that are accessible to everyone. This ensures that system develops at the required pace thus ensuring that there is better engagement. It creates an improved environment where it is possible to understand important developments within organizational context. Embracing cultural diversity is an important that has not been significantly engaged in providing a better environment under which it is possible to achieve high level positive interaction considering the fact that there is an effective understanding on some of key processes which create a highly engaged positive environment where leaders and their followers can be able to interact effectively.

Leadership communication

Leadership is developed based on the communication criteria that a leader decides to employ. It is important to understand that effective communication strategies that are implanted within a given environment have a greater impact on the overall level of interaction that is developed. It is important to understand that communication strategies are adopted based on the level of engagement that a leader choses. The leader in this case is able to dictate a communication plan that is incorporated within a given setting. Communication is an essential aspect that defines the interaction of individuals within a given social environment. The level of interaction therefore is defined based on the underlying communication skills that are being integrated within a given conversation. Therefore, organizations need to keep into consideration a number of significant factors, which create a better environment where intercultural communication can flourish. Culture is an important of human interaction since it creates a better environment where individuals tend to focus on in creating a better working environment. This creates an improved environment where it is very easy to develop positive measures under which positive relationships are developed with a critical focus on long-term engagement(Boies, Fiset, & Gill, 2015).

A team leader must be able to communicate clearly to members of the team in order to ensure that the information is delivered efficiently and successfully. Communication is key to the overall wellbeing of teams and their performance. An effective leadership should be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal communication in order to ensure that the information being delivered is not distorted. A team leader should exude confidence to have positive influence on followers. Leaders are expected to ensure that he or she understand what they are communicating in order to ensure that team members clearly understand key aspects which are being developed. A team leader should also be able to have clear and effective organizational skills, which create an enabled environment where the interaction within the team can be effectively understood(Men, 2014).

Communication is very crucial in any given situation and thus it is supposed to be significantly developed to create a significant understanding on how the team members are expected to interact. Leaders usually lead individuals from different backgrounds that makes it impossible to implement a communication strategy where other members of the team are left out. A leader should create high level of cohesion and coexistence in a team to ensure that they develop strong positive relationships(Mayfield & Mayfield, 2017).

Conclusion

Developing string positive relationships within a given environment requires significant focus on the type of leadership that is employed and the purpose. Developing strong relationships creates betterenvironment under which it is possible to achieve the objectives that have been highlighted since individuals within that particular environment are able to work as a team and ensure there is high level of success. These elements depend on the leader through focus on leadership traits and style that has been developed.
