Dear Scholarship Selection Committee

My name is Tuguldur Tegshsaikhan. I was born on 25 October 1996 in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. It is my pleasure to introduce myself of the admission committee and hereby I wish to state my interest and apply for Chinese Government Scholarship, funded by Chinese Ministry of Education, to study a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) start at the beginning of the academic year 2019/2020. I successfully completed my Bachelor of Education (Secondary) Geography-Tourism teacher degree from Mongolian State University of Education in 2017.

I graduated with a GPA of 3,4 out of 4. Now I teach Geography subject at 12th secondary school.

My decision to become a teacher was not made lightly. This decision was a culmination of a process of reflection about what I wanted to do with my life.

As a geography teacher, I can help students become informed responsible and active citizens who can contribute to the development of a socially just and environmentally and economically sustainable world.

When I was in University I did my final year internship in "Blindness, Deafness special school".

I had recorded my voice in audiobook for visual disabilities, learned sign language and taught geography subject for auditory disabilities. I want disabled children to learn in a safe and comfortable environment so that their self-esteem will be increased. But it is not enough I really want to help children with visual, auditory, mobility and cognitive disabilities.

I have always wanted to study abroad, however, I did not have the opportunity to go and study abroad because of financial struggles.

After much research, I found out that the Chinese government supports students from all over the world which encouraged my desire to study there. I want to continue my study in MBA by applying for this scholarship. My goals are to gain in-depth knowledge in administration and to experience studying abroad so that I can learn a new language, and observe the cultural customs and traditions. I think it will not just be an exciting experience but also something that would broaden my mindset and provide me with a deeper understanding of different type of structure, analysis methods, problem-solving approaches and more. I believe the more knowledge we have the more likely we are to succeed in real life.

I am excited to exchange my culture with people in China. It's all about sharing cultures and making the world more international, which globally ensures high integration among nations. China is Mongolian's largest strategic trade partner. Likewise, China is currently Mongolian's largest export market. I believe that the outstanding MBA offers me the opportunity to acquire what I need the most. Human networks are also essential throughout the field work. Building human networks with as many as other peers who have the same goals as me is a very important task during my stay in China. Then when I come back to my home country, by learning from the Chinese working manner, the living culture as well as the innovative education system, I therefore will be able to work for Chinese enterprise in order to promote the trade between the two countries.
