Communication is a major challenge for leaders because they are responsible for providing information, which results in efficient and effective performance in organizations There are so many methods such as meeting, conference calls and Newsletters/ Email/ Posters that nurse leader can use to communicate with stakeholders for sharing the vision Stakeholders can be shareholders, primary customers, and employees who have interest in the company. .For sharing the vision with the stakeholders, I would use written method to make the effective communication with stakeholders because it would help me to share my thoughts related to the benefits of community members for their need.

The central task in this process is to manage and integrate the relationships and interests of shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, communities and other groups in a way that ensures the long-term success of the firm. A stakeholder approach emphasizes active management of the business environment, relationships and the promotion of shared interests. Stakeholder approach encourages management to develop strategies by looking out from the firm and identifying, and investing in, all the relationships that will ensure long-term success.
