The folly personification in Proverbs 9:13-18, signifies the lures and of disloyalty and betrayal. She represents disorder, turmoil and death. And her wisdom call is not just an offer to eat and drink, but it is a call to come and partake from her source of wisdom and of life. It is an offer to support one’s livelihood and success. She target with her willingness love to empower others to succeed. Her generosity and sociable approach gives the picture of tribal women too who by nature live by giving, helping, welcoming and being hospitable.

Secondly, uncountable number of capable women stayed back home doing nothing. This means there is noticeably insufficiency of wisdom in an environment where this kind of issue is overlooked and is not consider to promote and uplift. Lady wisdom must take into account to serve and recognized the roles and characters that women played. Women today cannot or might not be accurately like her in form though, but perhaps there are principles from her poem that can be combined with the values and principles of Lady wisdom to guide today’s women in creating an identity based not only in their career or marital status but also in fearing the Lord. Finally, Lady Wisdom’s description in Proverbs 9 could be viewed as a call to women to put heads and hearts collectively to wrestle the ongoing problem of injustice towards women, inequality, oppressed and subsided from every sphere of life. The same insight and ideologies that women labor effectively and skillfully in home managing from generation to generation could start appointing healthily by letting this passage speak to every individual today in the face of imperfect knowledge about women’s skills and capabilities.
