The College of Engineering provides learners with the skills and foundations for careers and advancement in engineering, technology, and related fields.

It offers innovative and market-appropriate programs and curricula designed to prepare the students for the demands of the Engineering profession. B. S. Industrial Engineering (BSIE) The FAITH Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering program empowers its graduates to become engineering professionals competent in the area of production systems, operations research, ergonomics and total product design.

It involves an in depth as well as holistic knowledge of the different engineering processes involved in industrial production systems and their interrelationships with the management operations that run the enterprise. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (BSIE).

Three to five years after graduation, FAITH alumni in Industrial Engineering will:

  • Advance their practice as successful Industrial Engineer professionals to uplift society.
  • Enhance their promotion of professionalism in Industrial Engineering practice.

These Program Educational Objectives are consistent with the FAITH’s mission and they are responsive to the needs of the constituents.

BSIE Student Outcomes By the time of graduation, the students in the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering program will be able to:

  1. Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering;
  2. Design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data;

First I would like to thank CDO Foodsphere Inc. Malvar Plant for accepting me as their OJT and as a member of the company. To all “Propert Boyz”, especially Sir Joseph for the guiding and accepting me as part of PMS. To the other employees of CDO, for answering questions from me with sincerity. Thank you very much! To Engr. Sherryl M. Gevana, Dean of College of Engineering for all the support and understanding. Thank you very much. To Engr. Loreta M. Froyalde, who always with us all the time and ready to help anytime. I would like to give thanks to my parents and siblings, for being with me all the time and being my inspiration in working this narrative report.

Lastly, I thank the almighty God, for giving peace of mind, good health, and giving me all the blessings that I had now. DEDICATION I dedicate this narrative report to my family, who taught me being what I am now and being an inspiration to finish this report. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This paper is all about the narrative report of my On-the Job Training at CDO Foodsphere Inc. Our internship has duration of 600 hours. We are encouraged to finish the 600 hours of training as per instruction by the dean and as a subject requirement. CDO Foodsphere Inc. Is located at Bulihan, Malvar, Batangas and is one of the best meat manufacturing company in the Philippines.

Their main products are canned goods, like corned beef, canned tuna, etc. CDO is a brand well known not only in the Philippines but also in some part of the Asia so it has a good reputation in the market. I worked within 77 days in CDO or almost 4 months in the calendar. In the said time I worked as a Property Staff. Usually I do the photocopy and encoding in SAP. I also experienced some other tasks that challenge’s me especially when in the Freezer Area and taking some supply. Weekly progress report where included in this report together with the achievements and recommendations.
