School head should retain the formal communication skills with parents including writing letters, inviting parents coming to school, having meetings together, discussing together for discipline matter , organizing mobilization activities like Elimu day competition', cultural day, talent show and sport bonanza this would make students appreciate their creativity for academic performance.
