So, over time, I've had some experiences that made me really think about who I am. It's been pretty eye-opening, and I'm thankful for these moments because now I get to decide if I want to keep things as they are or make some changes, hopefully for the better.
Back in school, I saw myself as a hard worker, but man, I was easily distracted by all the wrong things. Not just me noticing it—my teachers, friends, and family all caught on.
It was a thing. But I didn't want to stay like that, so I made a move. I started separating myself from all those distractions that were messing with my priorities. It was a bit of a hustle, but hey, it got me to where I am now—University.
Now that I'm at University, it's a whole new game. I always dreamed of reaching this level during my early school years, and here I am.
Right now, I'm not just coasting through; I'm actively working on myself. You know, leveling up my communication skills and trying to be on point with my timing. University isn't just a place to chill; it's like a launchpad for my future. I'm soaking up every bit of info thrown my way, making it the next big step in my life.
Okay, let's talk about my arch-nemesis: procrastination. Man, this has been a tough one. Too many times I've let tasks linger for way too long—personal stuff, work, and even University assignments.
It's not a great look. But hey, I'm not just whining about it; I'm doing something. Lately, whenever I get a task, instead of leaving it for the last minute with zero thought, I've been planning ahead. And guess what? It's working. The output has been way better than my last-minute, no-thought gigs. Progress, right?
Now, teamwork is a whole different story. Honestly, I've found it way easier to go solo than be part of a group. The thing is, in a group, everyone should pull their weight, right? But not everyone gets the memo. I've been in situations where it's like I'm doing all the heavy lifting while some teammates are on vacation. Not cool. It messes up the vibe and, surprise, makes the work suffer. Team unity is the key, and when it's not there, it's a mess.
And let me tell you about this spearheading thing. There are times when one person takes charge, and it can go either way. On the upside, they might be the popular kid, and everyone's cool following their lead. But, on the downside, it can create some tension if not everyone's on board. Some folks might think it's better if everyone shares the load instead of one person running the show. It's like a mini-drama in a group project.
So, here I am, just figuring things out. I've come a long way from the distracted kid in school. University is no joke, and I'm not just cruising through. Procrastination is still a bit of a battle, but I'm winning more rounds now. Teamwork? Well, that's a work in progress, but I'm learning how crucial it is. It's all about finding that balance and making sure everyone is on the same page. Life's a journey, right? And I'm on it, doing my thing, trying to be a better version of me.
