Changes is the biggest things that can affected the students life. With those changes that they got in term of their movement from senior high school into being a college students. Being a college student is not an easy way, is not look like a drama which is show you about college life that always think about love. Drama never shown the side of task, which is different with high school. Other things that different also how the way we wear cloths which is free but based on the culture, and how the way we managed our time because the time that we used in campus are totaly different.

In being a college students it might be a great choice that we ever take. Majoring a subject that we really want to studying about, without thinking again about another subject that we never like. By this opportunity we can focused just with one subject that we really want to spread out in the future.

It is not easy like we are clapping our hands, there a lot of things that we should bring on our shoulder. We are challenges in the way we managed our time between task, organization, and growth our hobby. Because we should divide it as well to make the portion is same on those several activities. In the same time we also need to joining organization, make some achievemene, and not forget to doing community service in the environment around us. When we have to grab it all, and make it as our habbit we can make our institution become better.

Vision is the way that used by an institution or organization to give direction for whole of that organization as the role model or something that should follow by the members in getting the successful of that institution or organization. It is really important for us as college student to develop our vision to help the stakeholders in our university in reaching such a common understanding. A vision is make we can establish targets along the way to measure progress towards its vision.

As the vision of Educational University of Undiksha “ to become the best university based on Tri Hita Karana in Asia in 2045”. When we describe it, we need some urgenity to do to make this vision become true. The first thing is, to become mastered in a subject, so when we can being master in a subject we can joining a competition starts from distric, sub distric, region, province, national, or even international. We, as college student not just thinking about value that we will got in our sertificate when we had been graduate sometimes, but there a lot of things that we should do , it is include when we spread our wings in joining some competitions than it can make our institution prod of us. It is also can make our institution will known from whole nation as the good institution that can growth the college students become better than before.

The next one is character, which is also grab the main point of human development. Character can build by some steps there are follow the magic of greeting, smile,polite, say help when we need a help, say sorry if we doing any mistake, and say thank you after someone doing something to us. This action will be a perfect combination if we compare with other and create a relation like good-good. Try to decrease our rude side is a way that we being the part of adulthood. Collaborate with other will be the good things that we do, in term of collaborate we should know how to interact to other, how we act to make people not feeling unhappy about our opinion, or may be feeling upset when we are talking. Human is made for being an interacted person, which is they can not life alone, or called as social human.

Tri Hita Karana is also an important thing that we should always applied in our life. There are three part of Tri Hita Karana. Tri means three, hita karana means relationship. Tri Hita Karana consist of Pawongan, Palemahan, and Parahyangan. Pawongan is a relation between human, palemahan is a relation between human and environment, parahyangan is a relation between human to the GOD. In the vision also written that it must be accomplished in 2045. 2045 here means that in celebrate the 100 years for our nation independent we should be the great university also. Do not let the nation just increase without us. It will be nice thing if we are all increase together. As the college student, we also have a big chance in joining this part of changes. We as a agent of changes that really needs to help their institution because in being part of an organization or institution means that we should ready to give our time and let ourselves help anything there to catch the success of that institution it self.

Spreading this good point to the whole of people is the way to make this institution better than before. Nurturing talent, will be a nice option. Nurture actually means we make the behavior, the talent just flow to the next generation. In the main of nurture, it have meaning that nurture just for family, but as a friends we also could do this. Behaviour of someone can changes time by the time. If we always do something continuously we will make it as our habit and we will do it as our routine activity. Beside nature, to support all the way that I have describe in the first page is nature. When we doing something as nature as we can, we can make it as our self without being fake or lying with anyone about ourself. In fact, we really need to improve our self anytime, we still need much thing to do beside being a college student. Always try to improve the way you think with think positively and think about the next step of what do you want to do in the future. As a teenager we have a whole right to dreaming about our future, because we believe that we should stand in this world as important person someday, agent of change for the bright future.
