There are many insects on the road which can affect the uncovered foods from the streets, the insects can harm the foods in a bad way, and it can put really bad effect on human body. These harmful insects or the dust can cause of many health diseases and before preparing the food the maker might not follow the proper and clean way to make those foods. That are the reasons we eat the junk foods which are full of germs and unhealthy.

When we eat such foods, the dust and smoke and other dirty stuffs in the food can cause sickness and many more things that might harm us badly. We all know nothing can beat the taste of street foods, but do you know how we get the taste from it. To enhance the taste they add lots of spices, oil, chilies and many types of sauces, many colors in the food and duplicate food products to elevate the taste of it. And we consume them just to enjoy the taste of it without fearing any side effects. These types of foods can cause many health problems, stomach pain, stomach infection, ulcer, vomiting, bad cholesterol, food poisoning, gastroenteritis, and many more health problems etc. and sometimes the situation can get bad to worse in terms of health so we should avoid these types of food as much as possible.

There are many side effects of eating street foods, unhealthy weight gaining is one of those side effects. We talked in the previous point about the ingredients they put in to the fast foods which can also cause a very serious health issue and due to the consumption of these types of foods we gain lots of weight in a very unhealthy way. These type of fats can increase the fat in our liver and that could be a very serious health problem in future and we should avoid that type of oily and spicy foods to some extent otherwise that also can effect our heart and we might get heart problems.

Junk food can cause several health issues, those people who have high cholesterol they should not consume any junk food. And not only for those people with high cholesterol but the people who do not want these types of health problems they also can avoid junk food. The vendors usually do not pay attention at the food quality for some profit and use low quality food products, low quality oil that will definitely effect in our body health and can cause cholesterol or heart problems. People can have digestion issue for consuming junk food. Doctors always recommend us to avoid junk food for the sake of our health of the heart.

Not only the bad and low quality ingredients can effect on our health but also the water they use to prepare the food or the water they give us to drink can harm us as well. It is possible that the makers might use the normal tap water instead of any type of fresh source of water or purified water. That water can be full of bacteria and for this reason people can suffer from various types of stomach issues. Even the water they use to clean the plates and other things are not good and they do not wash them properly so there can be chance of getting sick if you eat from those plates. It contains different types of bacteria that could harm any one very badly and put that person into a hospital bed. We should not neglect this thing as water is the most important thing for any living being to survive in the planet.

If you think all of the street foods are cheap then you are absolutely wrong. There are different types of food available at different types of price level. On the streets you can get every type of food from low price to high price. Whatever the price range you can get in a food, spending the hard earned money all the time in such foods is a waste of money and overall it will elevate your monthly expenses. So try to give it a balance in terms of money and for your health as well. Once in a while you can take any street food to be in the budget but make sure you always go for the best possible food destination that is safe and processed with an affirmative way.

On the roadside shops they serve the foods which are not fresh all the time. Sometimes they bring the stale food to us that are not fresh in nature and can affect our body health in a negative way. So you should avoid this type of food in any condition to stay healthy and productive. Do not consume any food which is not fresh or not healthy enough to avoid any illness.

Many people are allergic to many food items and while eating on the street you do not get to know which ingredients they use to make a dish. If you are allergic by that particular ingredient and you eat that, then you know what happens next to you. Sometimes this problem can be fixed by a medicine. On the other hand some people face some major health problems for this mistake. So prepare food at your home and eat that as this will be safer option for anyone with such allergies.

As much as possible we should avoid the street foods. It will help us to stay fit and active in our life. We should always keep in mind that junk foods can harm our health and we can face several types of health problems by eating these types of foods. Instead of wasting money on such junk foods we should save money for something good. Carry Tiffin or something healthy in your bag to eat while you are traveling or going school, college or office. You can do anything if you are fit so do not put your health in a bad condition by eating junk or street food.
