Because of the superior taste it turned out so well- known is.

There are few reasons why fast food has been proving to be prominent over the years. It's well known because it's shabby, fast and helpful to the people who are busy in life today. Fast food is a major part of our present life due to factors such as obesity, non-healthy lifestyle and modern society.

Fast food gives rise to obesity and there are few fundamental reasons why fast food is linked to obesity.

Most of the fast food contains a large amount of sugar, carbs and fats, with less minerals and vitamins. This means you are taking large amounts of unhealthy calories in the form of fast food which leads to weight gain and ultimately obesity. Most fast foods contain excessive levels of sugar and fats that are directly associated with weight gain. The fast food's unhealthy ingredients are further exacerbated by increased portion sizes that have evolved parallel to a person's average body weight. While the portions have become huge, the person will still eat the whole meal, no matter whether they feel full or not.

The second reason for fast food's popularity is non-healthy lifestyle and disease. Fast food meal has a high calorie content as well as a high percentage of saturated fats. As a consequence, it causes high cholesterol in the blood which causes atherosclerosis, heart and stroke. In fact, one of the popular quick-food diseases is diabetes, because it has a high sugar content and simple carbohydrates. Fast food makes people more likely to get a food poisoning because it doesn't hold, store, and cool food in the right way. This typically contains a high proportion of chemical compounds and colors that lead to long-term cancer. Since it contains a lot of sodium, it induces high blood pressure, and then kidney disease. Often it is iron-free that causes anemia, especially the teenagers who need iron. It lacks fiber content that triggers constipation, because it needs the fiber. It can make people uncomfortable eating too much fast food because it has lots of fat. Types of fast food are burgers, pizza, fried and nuggets that are of low nutritional value in fact. On the other hand, people are still eating fast food most of the meals that can cause a significant health and social problem. Many of the cases of obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and many other diseases are health outcomes of eating fast food above the norm. People should lower the habit and start to be mindful of their health and community. Minimize the meal as much as possible to reduce the amount of carbohydrates, calories, fats and other fast-food ingredients that can bring many diseases into the body. Also, keeping the family budget by eating this type of food once or twisting a week is very important.

Modern society and the population are the third source of fast food success. The number of fast-food restaurants recently increased in modern society. The main causes of the success of fast-food restaurants are prevalent as well as the changes to the products and services. Today most people are working around the clock with a lunch or break of any kind. Both husband and wife tend to have a job to cook for themselves and their children so they don't have enough time. Finally, customers at KFC, Mc's Donald, Burger King, Subway or any type of fast-food restaurants are more likely to have ready-meal food. These kinds have also been developing all their food quality, all kinds of services and all kinds of deliveries, cash on delivery and more for customers and various tastes which cannot be found elsewhere. Additionally, people are no longer inclined to go to the market and buy fresh food to cook. One of the possible effects of this problem is health problems and lifestyle inactivity. Customers who take in these foods pay to get killed, because these foods are very fatty, full of sugar and have a very poor nutritional value. Customers would therefore make these fast food industries one of their major choices, especially when they try to beat time. For me it is more important for be safe than to save money and time.

In conclusion, fast food success is attributed to modern people's lifestyle. Fast food also has an effect on human wellbeing, due to its popularity. The change from a healthy to an unhealthy society has a huge impact on our lives today, because we no longer care and think a lot about what we eat but just how much our budget is for a meal and how good and well the food is presented. Children's majority would pick their food based on tasty but not on nutritional value. This is because it must be efficient and timely because of the way fast foods are cooked. Buying and eating fast food would be detrimental to your health and would cause health problems. Not only does fast food affect the people who dine in, but it also affects the people at home who also eat the same thing, so it impacts us far beyond what we see and far worse. Reducing the amount of fast-food meals and eating more fresh vegetables and fruits that lead to a reduction in future health risks, so let's stop being lazy and cook healthy foods to have a great healthy lifestyle.
