The lack of exercise and the fast food consumption has been a major cause of health problems today.
Among the health issues associated with fast food and the lack of exercise is high blood pressure, and heart disease. Because of the health problems associated with fast food and the lack of exercise it does supports the fact that fast food and the lack of exercise are a big part of obesity.
