With the development of the psychology and society, we now know that psychology problems are just among us. As college students, a period of time of naive, we should learn more about psychology to protect ourselves from suffering the illnesses caused by psychology.

There are many people around us are suffering Phantom Cellphone Buzzes, which is a symptom of addiction to the cellphone. They might thought that their phones are ringing while no one is calling or texting them.

Some research teams recently found that most people will fill their downtime by fidding with their phones. Some of them even do so in the middle of a conversation, which is a very impolite action. This symptom shows how much they are attached to their phones. Addictions are pathological conditions in which people compulsively seek rewarding stimuli, despite the negative consequences.

In addition, the undergraduates’ can’t see facial expression or make eye contact with others.

What’s more, they can’t hear the voice from others, so that they can’t fathom more subtle messages beyond words. It largely makes the interpersonal communication terrible. If things go on like this, the undergraduates will be accustomed to this virtual means of interpersonal communication. We know that willpower can affect a person's physical health, economic safety, interpersonal relationship and career success or failure. We also know that we should find every aspect of our life, including what to eat, what to do, what to say and what to buy.

However, most people feel that they are weak in willpower - the behavior of self control for a while, but it is normal for them to lose their control and get out of control. The American Psychological Association says Americans believe that lack of willpower is the biggest stumbling block to achieving goals. Many people feel frustrated by themselves and others, so they are full of guilt. Others feel that they are impulsive, rather than prudent, who dominate their lives by being controlled by ideas, emotions and desires. Even people with strong self-control feel that controlling life is exhausting.

So what should they do to avoid all these problems? Here are some tips given by psychology today.

1. Don't keep yourself in a constant state of willpower depletion.

2. Use your imagination.

3. Think about something else.

4. Build good habits; you'll need them when you're stressed.

And meanwhile, colorful cultural life helps people get rid of the temptation of virtual network and rely on virtual interaction such as virtual chat. Governments and organizations should carry out a variety of science and technology activities to guide people to actively participate in the construction of network culture. These activities will attract the undergraduates’ attention and improve their ability to adapt to the development of the network.
