Cloud computing has taken the world to a high new level. This the use of remote servers hosted on the internet as a way to store, manage and process data. Companies such as Lenovo Enterprises use cloud computing to store and back up confidential documents and projects. Hence firewalls and encrypted software passwords will be used to secure the files (Van Zyl, 2017)However, cloud computing is not that a hundred percent secure, since hackers and unauthorized users might get access to these confidential files and expose them to black markets.

For example, triggers in Zimbabwe manufactures Kango steel utensils of high quality and high quantity through the used of automated machinery. The machines produce three to four hundred spoons per minute which gives the firm extra time for packaging and delivering the products to customers on time.

On the other hand, the maintenance of the machine will be expensive since a system analyst will be required so as to give regular checkups on the machine to identify any inconveniences pertaining to the automated machine.

The use of Programmed Computer Aided Architectural Design (CAD) software has increased productively and high picture quality when designing architectural and engineers’ drafts. This software draws house plans, city pipe linings, and maps intended by the user just by inputting coordinates. According to Nakov and Kolev (2013), the software automatically stores and updates whenever new changes are made. It can draw and print out more than fifty maps per hour compared to humans who can design ten maps a day. So, this gives a firm a huge advantage of market penetration and customer loyalty since the firm's products will be of high quality.

However, high labor turnover is experienced affecting many human beings due to the use of CAD. A broad number of human beings will be retrenched as they will be replaced by automated machinery. This is due to the high-quality products manufactured by automated machinery compared to those of human beings.

In conclusion, although the use of technology produces high yields of quality products, saves time and is highly efficient, it is very costly. Moreover, a large number of the labor force will be affected negatively as companies will use automated machines to carry out the work of that of the labor force.
