In fact, there were two individuals who were far worse than an average killer and their names are Albert Fish and John Wayne Gacy. This paper will be about the lives of Albert Fish and John Wayne Gacy. Now let's examine Albert Fish life, his crimes, and his punishment. The life of Albert Fish was all but normal to the average man.
