The “Threats” for FedEx are the mismanagement issues that somehow appeared one time when FedEx drivers filed law suits against them and their policy implementations. A world without FedEx might be a world with slow delivery functional capabilities. The overnight delivery and express system by FedEx changed the landscape of delivery. FedEx's role somehow transpired to create a faster way of dealing and delivering things. They somehow challenged the snail mail or slower system of the past.

FedEx revolutionized delivery around the world. Without FedEx, probably my life would be slower in terms of accepting and sending things. FedEx plays a huge role due to their notable capability to deliver in time. I guess it's just easy to depend on FedEx because they started it all and their reputation somehow totally defines them. When DHL acquired the U. S. -based Airborne Express, competition developed and FedEx had gained a potentially good rival aside from UPS. This competition raised the bar for all delivery companies.

All of them, including FedEx, had raised their level of play. DHL seems to need a lot more of advertisements and notoriety to keep up with the fame and capabilities of FedEx. UPS's long-time status has been keeping them from being a respectable foe. But FedEx's high-profile and fame somehow keeps UPS on the ground. But somehow, the ground seems to be on UPS's favor. FedEx needs to step up a notch with their ground capabilities to keep up or even surpass UPS. A much faster system or increase of more offices might help them overcome this battle with UPS.

CONCLUSION FedEx has been a respectable company and a pioneer in the delivery corporation. For 30 years they have emerged as a groundbreaking company of great potential and a famous name around the world. Globally, FedEx has tapped more countries than any other delivery company. FedEx's contribution to the world of delivery certainly proved to be a very helpful way for people especially those doing business from different parts of the world.
