Guillermo opened the letter from Cambridge in the UK with shaking hands. He was desperate to get into the Institute of Criminology there. His heart was beating rapidly, and his breathing grew faster too; the letter was folded in three. Part of him didn't want to look at it but at the same time he wanted to know the answer. So, he unfolded the sheet of paper and read the contents. It was a yes! He was happy and started shouting and jumping and punching the air.

Two months later he was in the UK for the first time. He looked at the sky and the clouds were grey. Everything was dark, and the people didn't seem very happy; no one was smiling or making any jokes and they looked serious. From the moment he arrived in the UK he was depressed and his dreams of enjoying and succeeding disappeared in a split second. Guillermo thought it was the end; there was no exit or way of solving this problem.

He was not open to other people. So, he didn't even think of making any new friends or socializing. Everything had a depressing demeanour. No one was as nice as he expected. He was unhappy and felt hopeless, didn't have an appetite and couldn't sleep well as a result of his anxiety, these were symptoms of depression. He felt alone as if he had committed a serious crime or everyone who he loved died. He had a bad feeling in his chest, as if they had ripped his heart out.

No one liked him, they thought he was a weirdo who came from a different planet, he was irrelevant and useless like a piece of trash. Some people told him to kill himself and said he was nothing in this life, these words really affected Guillermo and broke into a thousand pieces.

One day, Guillermo was going to his second lesson, while he was walking he encountered a very pleasant smell of roses coming from behind. Then he turned around, and saw this stunning girl who blinded him with her bright eyes and beautiful smile, She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen in his life.

Guillermo was sweating, and his voice wobbled as he was speaking, and Camila didn't know why but she didn't care.

They kept talking and when the others noticed Guillermo talking to Camila, envy grew, for was so beautiful and they could not understand why was wasting her time on Guillermo.

Later on, some people invited Guillermo to a party on the distant outskirts of the city, a dangerous and isolated place where he was vulnerable like a child. When he arrived everyone was already drinking, he was looking for Camila when he felt something touching his shoulder then he turned around and saw Kevin the guy who bullied him the most, so he tried to avoid him but

Guillermo was happy because he was finally making some friends, but he didn't know what Kevin's intentions were.

Within 5 minutes Guillermo was drunk like a fish this was because he was a 'lightweight' then Kevin and the others took advantage of the situation to throw a pill that made Guillermo forget everything he learnt in the past 10 months.

Guillermo had to pass the test to not be executed because in 2060 a new law was made.

Everyone who didn't pass their University exams were going to be killed with no mercy. This law was an excuse to execute people who were lacking intelligence and common-sense, people who were useless for our society, as there was overpopulation.

Guillermo tried to study but he couldn't remember anything he was taught, so he tried to get some help, but no one wanted to help him. He decided to cheat in the exam, he was desperate to pass the test, he couldn't sleep, and his heart rate was increasing steadly.

Guillermo contacted his father's friend Elon Musk one of the best engineers in the world and asked him to create some contact lenses that were hundred per cent undetectable and the glasses were also able to answer any questions for him without being caught.

He obviously got a hundred per cent and answered the questions perfectly without any spelling mistake and he also finished in 2 hours when the test was supposed to take 4 hours, everyone was sweating, and their hands were shaking while they were writing, and they could hear the tik-tok tik-tok of the clock that made them nervous but he was like nothing was happening, but the examiners couldn't believe any of this as his life was at stake.

They interrogated him, but he didn't say anything, but they knew he was hiding something, as his body language indicated he wasn't telling the truth. They checked his house, emails, messages, every single movement he made in the last 3 months. They found some messages saying 'I can't remember anything of what I did in my University course I need to do something about it'

And some other messages saying some suspicious things, those messages made the examiners doubt. They kept torturing him because in that year what he did was a felony, he had some serious health problems due to his conditions, the examiners killed him as he couldn't defend himself.
