Discrimination according to moral rules of islam:
Moral values is the concept of right behavior, nice character, and the body of moral qualities and virtues as described in Islamic religion. The main and fundamental purpose of Islamic morality is the love for God and His creatures. Our religion concept says that mankind will behave morally and treat each other in the best possible manner as ordered from Allah Almighty.
Whereas discrimination is the unfair treatment of people based on race, gender, age.
Which is due to for the most part racism because as in old times people do not liked black people due to their skin color but in Islam it is clearly said that a person who is good in doing right deed is only superior than other and are human kinds are equal .
Discrimination is never included in moral values of islam and it is also restricted in our religion but today it is also became a main issue between the muslim ummah which causes many social and relation disputes .

Minority rights and protection from discrimination are argued to be the idea for ensuring equality and freedom from discrimination for all participants in society. though typically it's argued is a vital a part of the human rights processes of the last century.
Today Muslims are facing a number of problems due to discriminations as discussed below:
Ethical issue due to Race and Unequality :
Racism means considering yourself supior than other,After the Holy Prophet(PBUH),It was said in the quran :
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another.
Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. (Surah Al-Hujurat 13)
Shortly after Islam Muslim all over the world consider themselves equal but today we live in multi-cultural and multi-religion also multi-racial society where we divided ourselves into different cast and levels,Especially in Asia countries like Pakistan,India,Bangladesh,Nepal and many more muslim countries, Racism today.
Due to a large regional diversity, we find communities pitted up against each other ideologically, or for resources. There have been many cases of particular group of believer as firqah discriminating against others, and a multitude of regional clashes. Also people belong to superior races dominate over the other which cause discrimination and violence,however this problem is not only faced by the Muslim but also the other people from all over the world.
This one is major problem regarding discrimination which Muslims facing today which is mostly in areas where Muslim population is in minority like in west. It is known as Anti Muslim sentiment.It is the fear, hatred of, or prejudice against the islamic faith or Muslims generally, especially when seen as a politics force or the source of terrorism.
Several scholars take it to be a form of social phobia or racism. The issues of Muslim world over the increase of Islamaphobia became one amongst the most important challenges of today's world. This phenomenon is voiced terribly strongly in international and regional politics troubling the relationship between Islam and Western countries.
Coercion has assumed serious proportions and become major cause Muslim stereotyping within the modern times wherever the role of media is central. Media wars took turned for the worst since the 9/11 terrorists attacks within the U.S..As a result, Muslims are subjected to different varieties of discrimination including hatred and unrest within the society. Media describing Muslims in an offensive and harmful manner witnessed unsettling changes on each systems creating Muslims victims of terror and violence.
Even now in this modern world there are some countries where hate is criticism is due to gender. The concept of gender difference had been built into the structure of traditional society.
Through gender difference there exist a large measure in the society beneath different dimensions for long time, its importance has grown up within the recent times only. Women were looked down socially, economically and politically. Women are still limited to do domestic tasks and to agricultural labor activity and unorganized activities in urban sector.
"And for women are rights over men, similar to those of men over women." (surah al-Baqarah-228)
These circumstances are mostly in areas where people are sick to their old traditions in countries like Indonesia,Pakistan,Bangladesh or india.But islam do not allow discrimination over women. This problem was severe before islam but our Holy Prophet (PBUH) strictly restricted it.
Also it is not included in moral rights according to our religion. Gender discrimination exists mostly in lower socio-economic categories and among those with poor instructional background , according to respondents those that belong to educated background and people with sound monetary background were powerfully in favor of education for girls,gender discrimination in everyday experiences is common within the developing countries.
This might be as a result of the male dominated society of Balochistan and additionally as a result of the customs and traditions wherever a woman's opinion even in matters associated with her isn't thought of necessary. Parents particularly the illiterate ones and people happiness to the low socio-economic group are not in favor of obtaining their daughters educated as a result of it brings them no returns . Women get married and leave the parent's house whereas boys ar future bread earners.
Modernization, in social science, the transformation from a standard, rural, rural society to a secular, urban, industrial society.Due to the globalization and the advancing technologies,people are adopting new habits but in some are there are due to lack of knowledge or limited sources people are unable to become part of modernization often it is called westernization.
It has bad impacts causing discrimination and lead us to forget our religion rules,Such as youth accepting new fashion which is no allowed in our religion but the problem arise when people living in urban areas consider other people living in rural areas not equal which causes direct impact of discrimination on victims.This has become main reason of lack of brotherhood in muslims making people to do various sins on name of this term.
Which result in extreme behavior of victim and violence.It is mostly in developing contries including muslim areas . The conflict between the traditionalists and reformists persists, the reformists have enlarged the continued discussion of problems like women's rights, and human rights. However, the central proposal of the reformists continues to be a requirement for the reopening of the door of interpretation (modern Muslim interpretation), to permit for the difference of Muslim laws to the realities of recent life.
From the above all mentioned terms we know that the discrimination is a major problem faced by muslims now a days.It has to be resolved for this below are some methods :
A quick answer could also be not possible however provides it time and therefore the connected world can free us of the worry that causes racism. One day, we tend to won't see the opposite individuals in our cities as individuals of various races, however simply individuals.
Unless we tend to develop positive feelings towards individuals completely different from us. we tend to don't worry these individuals as a result of we tend to accepted them in our contemporaries. we tend to defend our friends, in spite of wherever they are available from, their language, their coloring, etc.
In America,the same problem was resolved when people started several missions to show people facts about human rights as Martin Luther King Jr.. receives his Nobel Peace Prize for his nonviolent campaign against inequality among races which bought many changes in that region.
Similarly even if we follow our teaching as Abu Nadrah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said during the middle of the day at the end of the pilgrimage,"O people, your Lord is one and your father Adam is one. There is no virtue of an Arab over a foreigner nor a foreigner over an Arab, and neither white skin over black skin nor black skin over white skin, except by righteousness. Have I not delivered the message?" They said, "The Messenger of Allah has delivered the message."
In the same way if we have a look on our prophets life we know that he faced many difficulties and hates in spreading islam but he (PBUH) remained steadfast.As a result the non-believers changed their faith and became muslims.This can also be adopted now to solve the issue of all the misunderstanding of the non-muslim about the muslim which will change worldly Islamic image that was spread by false communication.
Also by correcting the false news spread by media we can show that the muslims are a way different than other think in countries like west.
Although there is no one-size-fits-all remedy for gender discrimination, there are many solutions that you simply will implement to help improve matters. This helps fight gender discrimination, as a result of women who would like to go into the workforce after taking time without work to raise a family may not qualify for jobs that need previous expertise.
Another answer is to carry seminars and sessions for your male workers, in order that they understand the signs and consequences of gender discrimination.This can help the men at your company become allies of female workers, thereby making a a lot of cooperative, positive work environment.
