Without their presence no one can make progress and become a civilized member of a nation (Khan,2016). If the teacher is having professional attitude, loyal with his/her profession it means he/she is loyal with the students it will directly effect on student academic achievement (Borko,2004).

Professional life of teachers has changed due to the Informational Technology. The world has become a global village, various type of educational development methodologies, activities has been introduced which are very useful for student performance. These are being applicable in schools, colleges and universities (Brown & Rishard,2008). Professionalism development among the teachers and his performance is interrelated. The teacher having positive professional attitude has an important effect on the over-all academic achievements of the students (Borko, 2004).

A positive attitude of the teacher towards his/her students can changed the density of these students so the teachers must be loyal concerns and affable. The Third one is, improved the students' achievement. If the one link is feeble or lost, upgraded student learning can't be predictable (Yoon, & Shapley, 2007). There is the impact of professional development on teaching learning and instructional training, falling short of representative impact on student achievement (Garet et al., 2001).Statement of the problemThis study will be design to investigate the main issue which is running that is negative and rude behavior of the teachers which is directly affected on students' performance. Teachers are the most responsible members of the society. It is such a pious profession. Teachers are vicegerent, teachers are role models and heroes for their students when teachers behave harshly, rudely and having surely attitude it would defiantly student performance.Significance of the study This study might be helpful for the management to train the teachers according to latest requirement it would help teachers to think rationally, positively and remove negativity among them. It would be more useful for student personality and further for their academic performance.Research questionIs there any relationship of teaching professionalism and the academic performance of the students?Methodology Qualitative research method was used for the current study. Because of this sort of act, they generally consider men of their word, splendid and reliable people in the society (Hussein Khalafalla,2017).Rational thoughts creative mind, dutiful, self-dignity, disciplined, affable and responsible these are some basic qualities of good and professional teachers (Villegas-Reimers,2003). Positive attitude of teachers plays a visible and vital role on students' achievements and behavior (Drent & Meelissen ,2008). State of mind is the solid propensity to respond emphatically or adversely explicitly. Behavior are absolutely reliant on the psychological and passionate part of a person. Hargreaves (2000) study found and conclude that teachers who are having positive attitude dutiful and loyal with their students. They build student performance and turns their troubles into convenient and student likes a teacher and give respect to them. Some teacher who are have highly qualified and having vast experience but the attitude of their students with them is not as good as it should be. It means these teachers have not bother it to wipe out their (students) negative behaviour and turn such behaviour into positive, affable, respectful, attitude (Hussain et al.,2011). Borko (2004) that there is big relationship between professional development of teachers' goals, objectives which he or she may achieve. The basics purpose of teaching and learning is that the students have to solve the problems and to face the continuity change in the world.According to Khan, A. and Khan,S. The personality of the teachers is having great role in the teaching and learning process. Students not only inspires with methodology of the teachers but also inspire with the personality of them. So teachers should have attractive, charming and elegant personality for themselves and for their students. (Binti & Othmen,2009).Arif (2012) has given different personality features of the competent teachers should be determine, diligent, decline, organized and well-behaved:He/she should be sober, free of personal worries in front of students and live airily.He/she should be more creative, cultured, classified and artistic.These qualities enhance the personality of the teacher, & such teachers become source of light in students' dark and weak aspect of life.Professional development has important effect on student achievement from these three steps. Assemble the students by maintaining the discipline and tell them about his/her classroom rules and regulations. The most important things in case of having rubbishing behaviors of the students or broil among them, should take sudden strict action for the betterment of them. Every teacher is having his or her own way of teaching. They use different methods according to their experience and education. The teacher who are having vast knowledge can bring desired change, in the learning process.(Johannes et al.,2010).FindingsSuch developing concept is stayed by the studies whose findings showed that professional development of teachers has significant effect on the students' academic achievements (Eggen & Kauchak,2001). Hussain (2011) his research shows that positive attitude of the teachers is essential for student's behavior. It is well said that as you so, so shall you reap means to say if teachers' behavior would be positive impressive and sensible, students will also give good response and to respect him/her. The finding of present study show that negative attitude of teacher can damage the student personality and student performance and make him complex character (chelo 2010).Hussein Khalafalla (2017) findings exposed that positivity is compulsory for a teacher with the profession for making the profession effective and improving the academic experience of the students.Teacher having positive professional attitude has an important effect on the over-all academic achievements of the students (Borko, 2004).Conclusion It has been concluded that positive attitude of teacher has positive impact on students' academic achievement and pay to effective teaching and learning process. The study has stated that Impressive personality, up having vast knowledge, classroom management and good communication skills are the important factors which the learning process effective one. Hence, the researchers recommended that the teachers may consider all the above-mentioned factors for effective teaching for the betterment of student's achievements.Recommendations Different awareness programs for example workshop, seminar, may be led for the professional development of teachers.The scholastics or learning dimension of teachers might be enhanced every once in a while for refreshing the information and enhancing the dimension of data.
