Canadian actor Noel Fisher began his career as a teenager in 1999 with hopes to make it to the big league. However, it didn't quite come so easy. For years, Fisher only managed small parts in films that didn't stir too much attention. However, that all changed in 2007 when Noel was cast in The Riches, the FX series about Irish con artists where Noel portrayed Cael Malloy. The show lasted for just 2 seasons but was enough to give Fisher's career the boost he long deserved.

He has since gone ahead to achieve greater things and the future only seems brighter.

Noel Roeim Fisher was born in his native country Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia on March 13, 1984. Fisher credits his parents for the fine entertainer he has turned out to be. The actor has recounted several times how his parents encouraged him to take up different kinds of classes including piano classes which was his favorite. He also took acting classes and at the age of 14 got his first ever part in The Sheldon Kennedy Story, a sports drama movie on the ice hockey player Sheldon Kennedy.

Noel Fisher hasn't looked back since then even though stardom for him, was not instant. Throughout his teens, Fisher appeared in roles both in the small and the big screen but none was quite big enough to be called his breakthrough until the mid-2000s. Among Fisher's earliest success came in Godiva's and The Riches. He celebrated his early success by sponsoring a little girl in Zambia, an experience he has described as one of the most rewarding ones he has ever had.

Fisher has had parts in notable shows like Bones, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, and many others. He got a major break after he was cast as a gay thug, Mickey Milkovich in Shameless. Fisher missed the final callback for his character on Shameless. However, he was so desperate for the role that he recorded an imitation director session which he sent to the casting directors. Fortunately, they loved it and called him up to read the part and the rest is history.

In film, Noel Fisher has had parts in Battle Los Angeles (2011), and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (2012), where he played the 1,500-year-old vampire, Vladimir. He has voiced the character of Michelangelo in two Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated films.
