As the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, and goose bumps permeate through my body, eagerly wait for the uprising melody. My toes curl up and everything becomes unreal. Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven induces these actions. Every time I've been down, happy, bored, or confused prior to this nuclear bombing, moonlight sonata has been my escape. I wish I could personally thank Beethoven for creating such a marvelous piece of music.

This song, with no doubts, will be last song! choose to hear.

As my iPod dies I click on this song because it has always been there for me. Like a loyal dog, this song has been in my life for years. Since the day I heard it, it has never failed to impress me. The instruments and style of music are combined in such an invincible way.

No words are needed in this song since the instruments become the leading voice. I choose this to be my last song because it is confusing. Its harmony doesn't tell you whether it's cheerful or depressing. This song makes me want to shut all outside noises out so I can hear every detail in the notes. Being in band has helped me understand and appreciate the lovely chords even further.

The song will eventually finish, but every moment is important until the very end. I know I will never regret choosing this song as my last because it is truly special.
