Human rights are the basic rights that everyone is born to have it does not matter where you come from, where you are or what race you are, what colour you are or what gender you are, what matters is that you share the rights equal with dignity and respect for all. Human rights were first created by united nation in 1945 after the second world war. In 1948 Eleanor Roosevelt was an American diplomat activist and Politian who played a major role in drafting and adopting the declaration of human rights.

When human rights were declared by united Nation their aim was to bring peace all around the world.

The human rights that were created by united nation were thirty articles and this are some of the human rights; everyone's born free and equal, No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

everyone has the right to a nationality, No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality, Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to find a family. everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion. everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.

Here is the reason why the human rights are important in our lives; To ensure people basic needs are met, by this it means that we cannot live without food, shelter, clothing, education, wealth, health and water. to protect vulnerable groups from abuse. this whereby young kids, Pregnant women and old people are taken care and are free from any harm towards them. to allow people to stand up to society corruption. It is when people have right to have a say and been listen and stop the corruption within the community. To encourage freedom of speech and expression.

By this people have the right to give their own opinion and ideas. to give people the freedom to practice any religion (or none). This when people have to decide on what to worship or believe and people should respect others decision.to allow people to love who they choose, this is when people are allowed to choose who they want to be with and spend their lives and no one should go against it because it is their right.to encourage equal work opportunities. It means that both men and women have equal rights as men in terms of everything.to give people access to education. This is to both men and women that they should have equal education as men for example scholarships.

Here are some of the women rights in Australia; Women have the rights not to be discriminated against law, custom and regulation. This is whereby women has the equal rights in politics, religion, and culture. Women should not be forced to do something that they do not want to do unlike they should feel freely to do what they are comfortable with. Women should also have the same equal opportunity as men. This means that as women should have the same rights as men for example buying car, to own their names as men do, to buy properties and to taking loans if they can afford. In all women should have the same opportunity as men.

Women have the rights to enjoy equal practices that don't discriminate against their gender. E.g. they cannot be force to get married or cannot be locked in their homes and not allowed to travel. young women should not be stopped from schooling in order to their chores at home. Women should be protected from being trafficking and exploitation. E.g. they should not be forced into prostitution and getting married when they don't want to or ready for such big commitment without their consent.

Women should have right to full education as men including scholarships. This means that the education that men are getting women should also have the same opportunity to have access in education. Women have the same rights in marriages as men. These mean women have the same responsibility as men in their marriage, custody and raising of the children. Women should also be treated with the same respect as men.
