Very few entrepreneurs ever make it big without first experiencing some massive failures. Whether it be running a business into the ground, getting fired from a job, or even going to jail, plenty of very successful entrepreneurs have seen huge failures before ever accomplishing their dreams, and one of the well-known entrepreneurs who failed in their life and became one of the richest people in the world is bill gates, Bill Gates was a Harvard dropout. He co-owned a business called Traf-O-Data, which was a true failure.

However, skill and a passion for computer programming turned this failure into the pioneer of the famous software company Microsoft, and the then 31-year-old into the world’s youngest self-made billionaire.

When a person does not put a good effort to accomplish a duty, they will give off the feeling of not caring about the result of anything in their life. Even if they are not successful in some of their passions or hobbies, a person should still attempt to use failure as a learning experience. If not, they will suffer in their life trying to accept defeat and live with it as if anything happened, and this attitude will not allow them to accomplish anything in their life. One person in my life that I could use as an example of a failure would be my friend. He could not keep a job because he constantly wanted to be out drinking, or out playing football. There needs to be a line drawn between work and play, and some people, don't know where to draw that line. Many times this problem fails.

Failure for me not only not completing a task or failing the test but losing someone's respect, because if you ever lost it, it's hard to earn it back, same goes for anyone, once I lose respect to anyone, it's gone, I would never re-respect them again even if it was someone I cared about or even loved. There are lessons we take from failure. A man who lies to himself, and believes his lies, becomes unable to recognize the truth, either in himself or in anyone else and he ends up losing respect for anyone, he can no longer love, and that's the problem these days, people would love to gain attention by losing their self-respect by doing anything just to satisfy the society.
