All activities, from the planning of a new product to its production, marketing, and after-sales care, should be built around the customer. Every department and every employee should share the same customer-focused vision. This can be aided by practicing good customer relationship management and maintaining a customer relations program.

Costumers are main power that make the firm successfully and earning the profits. If the manager not going to listening their costumers’ needs and complaints he might lose them or they will go to competitors and increase their profits. Without costumers the company will fall down, so it’s important that manager use his communication skill to make them feel happy of the service and products that company provide and welcomed to visit this place again. Determination is important skill for enrepreneur manager who knows that working for his own success and have ability and full of power to put full attention on what he wants to achieve and do it without regard to defeat. This skill is important for manager who wants to solve the problems on his own and be first person who propose new targets for his company.
