Some people prefer to live in a flat, while there are more advantages to living in a house.
Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in a flat? Yes, there are more advantages to living in a house than in a flat. My first point is people like to have their privacy.
As an example, some people like to listen to loud music. In a flat, they can't listen to music as they wish.
Other things are people found difficult to hang their clothes because flat spaces are limited or sometimes they have to share space with neighbors. People can't make their private party.
My second point is there is always a garden space in a house but not in a flat. Some people wish to plant and they like to sit in a garden and chat with their family members. Also, their children have more space to play.
Another point is that in a house there is a driving parking yard on the territory, also they can park more than one vehicle in their yard.
My next point is most people like to have a pet.

Living in a house, they will be free to have pets. In a flat, it is very difficult to have pets. Living in a house, you have more building expansion possibilities. People can build an additional room, a bathroom or can expand the living room or kitchen as they wish or they can rebuild. Living in a flat, people can't expand their space.
My last point is that while living in a flat, older people or sick people have difficulty climbing the staircases.
Also, it is difficult to move new furniture and another item. Finally, my opinion is living in a house is more advantageous than living in a flat.
