When you purchase a commercial software package you will receive an end user license agreement (EULA), typically the license states that you can install the original copy of software you bought on one computer and that you can make a backup copy in case the original is lost or damaged.

When giving feedback focus on, Description rather than judgement, Observation rather than inference, Behaviour rather than the person, give a balance of positive and negative feedback and be aware of overload. Methods of giving constructive feedback will be stating the constructive purpose, describe specifically what you have observed, describe your reactions. Give the other person an opportunity to respond, offer specific suggestions, summarize and express your support.
