Nepal is one of the richest countries in the world in terms of bio-diversity due to its unique geographical position and latitudinal variation. the elevation of the country ranges from 6m. above sea level to the highest point on earth, Mt. Everest at 8,848m, all within a distance of 150 km with climatic conditions ranging from sub-troppical to arctic.

Therefore Nepal's wild variation fosters an incredible variety of eco-system. Just the greatest mountain range on earth, thick troppical jungles treemng with a wealth of wildlife, thundering rivers,forested hills and frozen valleys etc.

Within this spectacular geography is also one of the richest cultural landscapes anywhere. The country is a potpourri of ethnic groups and sub-groups who speaks over seventy languages and dialects. Nepal offers an astonishing diversity of sightseeing attractions and adventure opportunities found nowhere else on earth. And nepalese are celebrates numerous annual festivals in traditional style highlighting enduring customs and beliefs.

We are knowing Nepal by different sectors, like Nepal is the richest country of mountains and it is knowing by the temples country and the second richest country of rivers.Our country is the birthplace of Gautam Buddha who is the founder of buddhism religion.

So all the people s who wanted to know Nepal is wel-come to Nepal. Nepal, a very beautiful, renowned for world heritage places for tourists worldwide. Trekking, rivers rafting, pungi jumping, mountain climbing, jungle safari are the more attraction of this country. Therefore the number of tourist are increasing day by day.

The land locked country Nepal is bounded by the Tibet Region of the peoples Republic of China, on the east by Sikkim and West Bengal and on the South and west by the Indian States of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Nepal is second very rich in water resources and mountains. Mount Everest is the world highest mountain and also is home to 8 of the 10 highest mountains on earth.

Nepal is a very small and natural beautiful country where almost 82 percent people are engaged in agriculture even though the agriculture sectors contribute only 55 percent on the gross domestic product and 50% of the total export. It is always put in the major or first priority in every periodic plan. And there is always huge budget amount for agriculture. But the productivity is going always downwards because of structure problem raising in Nepal. For example Topographical conditions, lack of irrigation facility, lack of modern technical use and lack of commercialization. Like agriculture, manufacturing sector is also not very good in Nepal it has provided only 10 percent employment and it has only 20 percent contribution on gross domestic product.

Nowadays, Tourism industry has concerned as one of the major industry in Nepal. More than 1.5 million people are engaged in Tourism industry as direct and indirect. According to the data Tourism contributes 3 percent in Gross domestic product and also tourism industry earning 15 percent foreign currency to total foreign currency and 30 percent of total revenue(NTB, 2005).Tourism providing the opportunities of employment, foreign currency earning, promotion of art and culture, promotion of local and small business like handicrafts, promotion of historical and regional places, increasement of per capita income, utilization of resources, welcoming of new-technology and ideas. But unfortunately, from couple of years the status of tourism industry was not going well, Because of the recession in the Nepalese economy, Moist fighting with the government and political instability. But there are some improvement in the tourism industry after celebration of "2011 tourist festival year".
