Qualities of My Ideal Job

The ideal job is a career path where you do work which you love and which completely satisfies you. It is the profession that one is good at, interested in, and most importantly, happy doing, and getting rewarded with a source of income for it. To understand what work would be ideal job, I really do have to understand myself first, then my work interest, and work motivations. My type of work I wish to pursue, right now I might probably don’t know exactly what, but I know exactly what how I want it to be.

My ideal job is to work in something were I can help others, to do something for someone else instead of my for example; radiography, counselor, or a teacher. My ideal job should have three good qualities which are; good environment, growth opportunities, and should be hard working.

Good environment is the first important quality I expect to see in my ideal job. The best work environment for the ideal job is with the right people, because success will follow after a team in which every person cooperates in integrity, accepts the other humbly, and helps to make the other a better person.

For me, best work environment it is very important because to make it the best job should make good relationship with coworkers. A positive work environment makes employees feel good about coming to work, and this provides the motivation to sustain them throughout the day. This ideal job, would also be an occupation, close to home and family, void from superiors beside myself, and one which shall coincide with my goals and beliefs, as well as being able to positively have an impact on this confused world we live in.

Working with people you dislike can bring problem to make you feel uncomfortable with your work.

Growth opportunities are the second quality I expect for my ideal job. Opportunities for growth and development help employees expand their knowledge, skills and abilities, and apply the competencies they have gained to new situations. The opportunity to gain new skills and experiences can increase employee motivation and job satisfaction and help workers more effectively manage job stress. By providing opportunities for growth and development, organizations can improve the quality of their employees’ work experience and realize the benefits of developing workers to their full potential. Jobs that provide great growth opportunities, whether you joined at a lower or middle level, stands out as the top characteristic of a perfect job. Every person after achieving everything we propose I know that new different ideas, goals come and so on. When we are doing great at our job we want to continue doing good and want to growth more every time we can do it.

When the job give us the opportunity to growth we should take the chance because there are jobs were doesn’t provide it and people want to have growth opportunities. Hard working is the last quality I expect in my ideal job. Nothing great is accomplished easily. Keeping you busy doing much work is better than doing anything at your job like just being sit. Someone who is hard working demonstrate they can do everything they propose and even do more. These say good things from workers because gives good references from the ones who work above you. People start to know the way how you work so gives the chance to continue working and to not lose your job.

People who are hard working are good recompensed; I know because I have seen this, give you better opportunities for your job and give you better income. Learn to make your money work for you. Working a lot and spending every penny you make is NOT working smart. Many people want to be hard worker and when they finally do, they boast and become selfish, being selfish is the worse thing to do because it won’t let you to do hard worker.

Defining the basic of a perfect job, and ideal job has many attributes. But practically, speaking an ideal job might don’t exist at all. I’m sure everyone has heard the word “ideal” being mentioned in the same sentence with “job”. Everyone has an in image in there head of what they want their life to be. Where they want to go in life, what kind of job, home many kids, where you want to live. So how do we define a perfect job or ideal job? A perfect job is one in which you excel, have the aptitude for and that you are very much comfortable with. The dream of the desire job starts from the childhood. To have a good paid job is not the only thing I want in my ideal job. I want to work with great people, the kind of people I enjoy spending time with, and not with people I generally avoid. The importance is to do what we most like and want, and should have a good pay so we can live with.
