Why Did Catherine And Heathcliff Go To The Grange?

Catherine and Heathcliff go to the Grange in Emily Bronte's novel "Wuthering Heights" in order to spy on the Linton family, who live there. Catherine is curious about the Lintons, who represent a more refined and cultured way of life, and she is especially drawn to their son Edgar.
