How Does Othello Die?

Othello dies by suicide. After killing Desdemona, Othello realizes that he has been deceived by Iago, who has manipulated him into believing that Desdemona was unfaithful. Othello is consumed by guilt and grief and decides to take his own life. He stabs himself with a dagger and dies shortly after.
