Now, coming to our level, we do idolize Barack Obama. We are not a political figure, but one need not be a political figure to be a risk taker, possess good communication skills, and loves peace. We do follow democratic leadership style whereby the employees working under can participate in decision making and are well informed about the work or decision that can affect them. Through democratic leadership style we were able to encourage employees to build team cooperation and participate in decision making to achieve the desired goals within the short frame of time. Democratic leadership style helped me to achieve higher productivity and encourage more participation of the employees through rewarding them for performing well in the particular field of work.
