This comprehensive lab report explores the relationship between genotypes of the T.N.F alpha gene and various health parameters among a group of cases. The health parameters under investigation include Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), systolic and diastolic blood pressure, carotid duplex, triglyceride (TG) levels, high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, fasting blood sugar (FBS), and correlations with allele concentrations.

Table 25 illustrates highly significant differences in TG levels among different T.N.F alpha genotypes.
AA genotype had the highest TG levels (343.33) compared to GG (199.03) and GA (216.33) genotypes. A versus non-A genotype showed significant differences (p = 0.0001), with non-A genotypes being protective against high TG levels. No significant differences were found regarding G versus non-G genotype and TG levels.

Table 26 demonstrates significant differences in HDL levels among different T.N.F alpha genotypes. AA genotype had lower HDL levels (31.67) compared to GG (37.57) and GA (30.67) genotypes. A versus non-A genotype showed significant differences (p = 0.0001), with non-A genotypes being protective against low HDL levels. No significant differences were found regarding G versus non-G genotype and HDL levels.

No significant differences were found regarding G versus non-G genotype and cholesterol levels.

Tables 30 to 34 provide correlations between A allele concentration and various health parameters. No significant correlations were found between A allele concentration and PASI, DLQI, carotid duplex, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, waist circumference, or FBS levels.
No significant correlations were observed between G allele concentration and PASI, DLQI, carotid duplex, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, waist circumference, or FBS levels (Tables 31 to 33).
This study indicates significant associations between T.N.F alpha genotypes and various health parameters, including DLQI, TG, HDL, LDL, and cholesterol levels. A alleles appear to be unfavorable in relation to these parameters. However, no correlations were found between A or G allele concentrations and health parameters, suggesting a complex interplay between genetics and health outcomes that requires further investigation.
In summary, this study demonstrates the impact of T.N.F alpha genotypes on several health parameters. A alleles are associated with unfavorable outcomes in DLQI, TG, HDL, LDL, and cholesterol levels. These findings highlight the importance of genetic factors in health and warrant further research to elucidate the underlying mechanisms.
