The meaning of it is that what is inside us, whatever we like, happiness and struggle that we have done so far is worth more than anything in the world. As in poetry that money, even jewellery and whatever it is that we have fought for and sacrificed has another meaning more than anything in this world even more than we think. Also we must appreciate ourself and love whatever we have fought for in this life. Because the struggle, that we do to get our desires until we feel exhausted and grieve, is very heavy and nothing can replace it.

In this poem written that when someone reaches the age of 21 which is age of exploratory and navigate the world as much as he wants. Someone have to decide everything wisely and if he do not think or choose something wisely also sometimes when do not want to listen advices from older people (more experienced). One day, regret about those ignorant or snobbery for advices from people who had experienced more will happen.

Loving and choosing for happiness ourselves is the best choice for us to respect ourself, this poet tell us, because when the wealth which has been considered as happiness is not everything that we really need, people actually need happiness and love themselves is the most important thing in our life. Especially in age of 21 years, as the age where we choose to obtain and explore everything, we have to be wise.

So that our lives are more comfortable and happy. When we only think about wealth and world happiness maybe we can lose our own happiness and ourself. Everything that we think trivial is actually we really need and don’t let us regret it when we feel it. Cause we can not turning back the time.

This poem lifts the reality of people in between 21 years-old, it can be over or entirely at the age 21 years-old, will do many things to challenges themselves, or do anything what they want. When they through those time, they will find many things especially the choice to get or release it at a time, like that makes them have to think about what they really need. But in reality there are still many who prioritize world treasure or world happiness such as office material, money and so on. But when someone more experienced in life told them to make wise decision, or think more about their life they just going to ignore it, they just going to live like what they want, they do not want to realize when time passed and going through a difficult time, they just going to be like realize and regret what has been done is wrong.

Just like some stories, movies or music that I have read and enjoy before about life and someone’s choice to enjoy life. Mush’ab bin Umair story is a story that tell us much about choices. That story said that Mush’ab bin Umair from a very wealthy family and he was raised in an evironment that is completely luxurious and well-off. But one day he decided to become a follower of Prophet Muhammad SAW, because he thought that he had been wallowing treasure but he was not happy and when he followed Prophet Muhammad SAW he felt happiness in himself who felt wealth bestowed by Allah in him and he began to enjoy his life with his new decision.

When his family and many people opposed his choice but he remained on the path even though he became someone who is very poor and lacking, he still let go of all his world happiness to get his life happiness, Mush’ab bin Umair did not care any more about world wealth and all that he wanted was only happiness in his heart as long as he became a follower of Prophet Muhammad SAW. Also in the story said that Mush’ab bin Umair, the handsome and rich young man from Quraisy, abandoned all his wealth and world happiness just for the sake of fighting for Allah SWT, at the end of the story he was told to be a war flag bearer and he died in a state after he tried to divert the attention of enemy, so they did not get their focused on Prophet Muhammad SAW. The choice of Mush’ab bin Umair told us that love and happiness in him is when he fought for his love for Prophet Muhammad SAW and Allah.

The comparison between this poem and the story of Mush’ab bin Umair is that person in this poem only regrets what he did after he went through that diffucult time, but in Mush’ab bin Umair story it explained that he jus immediately choose what he want and leave everything what he had to found his true happiness and love. Also in Mush’ab bin Umair story tell us that the real wealth in the world is not all happiness but loving Allah SWT and be Muhammad SAW is the greatest choice to find happiness. Between this poem and Mush’ab bin Umair story explained that it was completely different because the character in this peom still ignores what wise man said while Mush’ab bin Umair realizes that true love is when he becomes a follower of Prophet Muhammad SAW and loving Allah SWT also wealth is not his true happiness.
