The globalization process has been the main reason why English has become important worldwide, to the point of being considered today as the universal language of business.

Today, learning a second language is more than essential, however, which language is the most important today? Will English be the language I need to learn in order to live and develop in this globalized world? What kind of advantages of learning a foreign language , especially English language bring me by mastering it for my personal work and social development? Languages as a means of communication have played a fundamental role in social relations between human beings. However, there is a language that has quickly become the most widely used and commonly spoken language in this globalized world. You know which one is? We can certainly say that it is English in truth. For this reason, it is essential that children and young people learn it as a second language and have the opportunity in the near future to become global citizens.

Worldwide, English has been chosen as the world language. To work in international institutions, your knowledge is a mandatory requirement. 'In consultation with the 189 member countries of the United Nations on the desired language for communication between embassies, more than 120 chose English.'  This essay aims to address the importance of English language learning in teaching

The connection that people have with the globalized world is growing and more and more are joining this connection. It is there where technology comes to be carved, which is a very important and effective tool, which creates these connections with other people in small moments. This learning that gives you a foreign language is a process which comprises of different aspects: knowing much of the culture, its customs, the society where it is centered, everything we need to know, what is fundamental and how different strategies and skills are developed to master it. With the passing of the years the growth that occurs at the technological level, generates in us increasing the importance of knowing more about a required subject, in this case the target language or language. Technology covers different areas, where they connect people from one part of the world to another, minimizing to the maximum the time that can be spent traveling long hours and being able to take advantage of other important things. In an article by the author Antonella Grandinetti where she quotes “Mats Linhom, director of EF Spain, she affirms that everyone has a personal reason,“ what is clear is that thanks to new technologies the world is getting smaller and smaller and mobility is greater and faster, so the learning of languages for many groups is becoming more and more essential ”, Thus, the purpose of this technology is more necessary to learn a language, it is incredible that the world is it makes it smaller although for some it is difficult for the new generations it is more simplified. We currently have 7,000 languages worldwide. Around 150 to 200 languages are spoken by a million people, of which curiously only 46 languages are spoken by one person. In Europe there are only 260 languages, a considerably low number compared to the languages spoken in other areas. In Asia, there are more than 2,200 languages. In Africa 1500 languages are spoken. Therefore, we appreciate that, where there are fewer languages on the European continent, 3.5% of the total, that is, they are bilingual or multilingual.

Doctor of Science, Elsa Hernández Chérrez: 'English is undoubtedly the most widely taught language in the world, it is taught as a foreign language in more than 100 countries such as: China, Russia, Germany, Spain, Egypt , Brazil and Ecuador. In the European Union English is a compulsory language in 14 countries or regions starting at the primary stage. In 2009, 73% of the students enrolled in primary in the European Union were learning English. compulsory secondary education, the percentage exceeded 90% and in pre-professional and intermediate-level vocational training it reached 74.9% '. 'Teaching English anywhere in the world is currently seen as a necessity and an urgency. No matter what continent you are in or how old you are, the fact is that it is essential for anyone to have the respective knowledge of the English language. '  In education to achieve a good level in this language, taken from the school point of view, many of the students have not taken this course from the beginning since it has not been potentiated from its foundations in a single where it is essential to introduce the language, however Structures and mechanisms for teaching this language continue to be developed. Otto states that, in this globalized era, the English language is an international language, where it is used daily in different areas of human development and knowledge. According to  most of the information or content with an informative, instructive, textual nature, etc. They find it in English reflected in magazines, newspapers, electronic devices, tools, toys to assemble, utensils, etc.

Our globalized world has both an intercultural life and a social life, it is easier for us to understand cultures with the knowledge of the language since this is an integral part of the culture where we internalize and experience it in its entirety. Many people travel and travel around the world, be it for tourism, business, study, leisure, work, etc., and it is of great benefit to speak the language of the country you are visiting. In Antonella Grandetti's article she clearly states that: “one is able to relax and interact with the environment. In this way, the possibility of discovering local stories and customs is born that one would not miss but manage the language ' Mastering the English language opens doors and great opportunities for you, not only favoring our development but also the community around us, since a truly communicated society has good incomes in the sectors of the economy, business, foreign trade, tourism among others. However, much remains to be done in terms of the training of this language. According to Pedro Hernández, Director of Relations with Collegiate Bodies of the National Association of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education,  of Mexico 'In Latin America, the teaching and learning of at least one language other than Spanish is It is still a challenge in vocational training, since there are still difficulties, or progress is being made slowly, in incorporating language teaching into study programs and ensuring that students at their graduation have the knowledge and command of at least one language foreign. ' Hernández , adds that 'unlike Europe, where English is considered a foreign language, in Latin America. Although progress has been made in recognizing the importance of languages in the vocational training process, to the extent that many higher education institutions consider them as a compulsory subject within the curriculum, the desired results have not yet been achieved in the degree of knowledge and domain ' The advantage of learning a secondary language greatly favors the cognitive development of the person even more at an early stage. English language teaching can start at age 6. Age since the child already knows the mother tongue and perceives a greater knowledge between the word, the meaning and its meaning. The process of teaching English as a foreign language for any person is made more difficult by the variety of elements that are presented in the preparation stage of the class that a teacher has. Students in the use of language construct meaning, as English is a very literal language, students think and reason about this language suggest that, in this cognitive vision, when employing. different languages, favor the development of strategies and thinking skills such as analysis, synthesis, etc. The constructivist approach raises a model concerning cognitive development and is based on Piaget's theory on the development of intelligence, where knowledge is the result of a process of dialect, balance, conflict, assimilation and accommodation, For Antúnes C.  in his work Multiple Intelligences he says: 'Constructivism is not a teaching method, nor is it a pedagogical technique, but rather an open paradigm to help the individual to build experiences that can help them solve problems' using it within of the teaching-learning process.

With this point of view, it is suggested that the student is always the center of the production of learning, constituent of multiple interactions. Learning another language requires a lot of attention, constant permanence, work and practice, but above all, dedicate yourself to having the necessary time and interest to achieve it. However, being able to communicate with other people in their native language makes up for all the effort. Learning English or any other language broadens the student's horizons, since knowing, learning and speaking a second language greatly benefits their professional development. On the other hand, it also develops a positive effect for the human brain, where the cognitive vision for our brain is enriched. We have two positions where the author Grandinetti, in her article quoted Professor Joaquín Fuster, a Psychiatrist at the University of

California: “With a second language, all cognitive functions are improved, such as perception, memory, attention, intelligence and language'. Like the university professor Albert Costa, member of the Cognitive Neuroscience group in Barcelona: 'People who speak two languages have an easier time focusing on what they consider important and disregarding information that may interfere' (Brown, 2001) tells us that at the moment the English language should be considered as the most studied in the whole world, this foreign language is spoken in the five continents and has a great use worldwide, precisely because it is used in business , international trade, etc. Learning other languages, as in this essay is the case of the English language, allows us to enrich ourselves, experience new experiences, exercise the mind more often, benefit from knowing more about the world's cultural diversity, why not get scholarships for postgraduate studies in different countries or continents around the world, work with that plus in a transnational company, express yourself to others by closing good deals in a business where your added value is that language, greatly increasing Social relations. Currently, we live in a totally globalized world where all of us have direct and indirect contact with people from other countries, even more in chat, in the social networks that we use for leisure and even spending our lives we find people who speak another language. we are “compelled” to learn the foreign language English. For Antonia A., Gómez J. P. R., and Molina A, in their work Empowering the Capacity to Learn to Learn they say: “The experimental nature of learning is highlighted, which implies involvement, commitment and responsibility on the part of the students. Hence, priority is given to the empowerment of self-esteem as a generator of positive results ' This is why learning languages is a great tool when it comes to progress as a student and future professional. And it is known that it is advisable to learn a second language from childhood, since we are in our early years, it is never too late to develop this skill at the least indicated moment; Nowadays, it is essential to learn another language since other languages are used in most areas of human knowledge and development.

Learning different languages such as French, Italian, German, Portuguese, among others for students today, is a primary need and although many people think it is a waste of time or a luxury, they are completely wrong because we have It should be noted that, on the contrary, it is a great investment that everyone should think about, they should be aware of the knowledge that is going to be acquired in a certain time where one enriches their cultural baggage. According to scientific research, studying English or learning any language other than the native one can generate certain stimuli in the brain that help improve skills in other areas such as creativity, problem solving, reasoning or mental ability. Motivation fulfills and develops a great function to manage the learning of a second language since one motivates the human being with small words of encouragement, where this makes the teaching and learning process more effective; even more so in children, on the other hand, each teacher in charge of having and developing this great work must plan various classes in their sessions and units, which are entertaining and fun, containing topics relevant to the age the child is going through, that is to say that include songs, images, games etc., in this way the development of the strategies used for the skills used in English will be developed in a dynamic and much simpler way. We have five factors that are determining in the teaching process for learning the English language: The teacher, the student, the curriculum, the methodology, and the educational context. All of these factors help learning to be meaningful and to develop at a high level.

Each institution should have an internalization process, such as: English courses from the initial level, then in the primary school and successively with the secondary, in addition both the state of each country must make constant training for all teachers where they are constantly trained and be updated, even if they are oriented in their English classes, it is also important to create necessary spaces, take into account realities and needs of our own students, this is where the teacher must allow the child to bring to school what they have as personal interest in English, and incorporate them into the classroom in the same process of teaching the language. A teacher must promote contextualized learning experiences that respond to their interests and needs of the students, thus giving a pedagogical practice consistent with the current trend of language teaching.
