T-Pain's parents are Muslims and tried to raise him as such, but he is a kind of person who never had much liking for the bindings of religion and rather chose do without being bound to the Islamic religion or any other. Tpain released his second album Epiphany in June 2007 however he started working on it in 2006. 171,000 records of Epiphany was sold in its first week, reaching number one on the Billboard 200 and 819000 copies were sold so far in united states. However, in February 2007, he released a single album titled Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin')" featuring Yung Joc, in June 2007 he also released a second single titled "Bartender", featuring Akon. Subsequently, in October 2007 he released another album titled "Church"

Kelly with T.I., "Outta My System" by Bow Wow, "Baby Don't Go" by Fabolous, "I'm So Hood" by DJ Khaled with many other rappers, "Shawty" by Plies, "Kiss Kiss" by Chris Brown, "Low" by Flo Rida, and "Good Life" by Kanye West. In late 2007, he started working on his third album, Thr33 Ringz, which was released on November 11, 2008. He released three singles in 2008 also. Fast forward to 2009, Tpain released his fourth album, "Take Your Shirt Off", he released Reverse Cowgirl", featuring Young Jeezy in February 2010. He was featured in Haiti song we are the world in 2010. He released his fifth studio album titled Stoicville in 2013, he further released a song titled "Make That Shit Work" featuring Juicy J on June 8, 2015. Tpain 2017 album was released on November 17, 2017, and was titled Oblivion.

Tpain starred out to be an actor in May 2009 where he acted as Frylock in the movie Aqua Teen Hunger and in 2006, Tpain appeared in an episode of YouTube series. The software GarageBand and Logic Pro has been used by Tpain to produce his beat, he, however, called his own style of music 'Hard n B'.
