What conflict does Hamlet experience inside himself?

Hamlet experiences a number of conflicts throughout the play, both internal and external. One of the main internal conflicts he faces is his struggle with indecision and procrastination. He is torn between his desire for revenge against his father's murderer, his loyalty to his family and his duty to the Danish state. He also struggles with his own identity and sense of self, as he grapples with issues of morality, philosophy and religion. The play is a complex exploration of the human psyche and the struggle to find meaning and purpose in a chaotic and uncertain world.
