How Many Chapters Are In Psalms?

The book of Psalms is a unique and important book found in the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament. It is a collection of 150 poetic songs or hymns, traditionally attributed to King David, although many were written by other composers as well. These psalms cover a wide range of emotions, themes, and situations, including praise, thanksgiving, lament, confession, wisdom, royal psalms, and even imprecatory psalms. In terms of the number of chapters in Psalms, it is worth noting that the original Hebrew text did not have chapters and verses as we currently have in our Bibles. These were added later to facilitate easier referencing, study, and teaching.
