Good or Bad Facebook Design

This project includes the design & development of a Facebook AD and Banner for the usage of MW Law Services Facebook Page and Interactive PDF outlining Intellectual Property. MW Law Services is looking to raise awareness of their legal services & drum up new clientele by increasing their focus on Facebook users. A page makeover and ad would be just the right combination to redirect MW Law Services in the right direction. Peters Design Studio shall provide professional services for the recreation of a Facebook page including a Facebook Banner and a Facebook Ad.

L. Peters Design Studio will also design an Interactive PDF elaborating in detail the topic of Intellectual Property. MW Law services will receive a sum of three deliverables which has a production and maturation date of three weeks.

The total cost of the design project is $5,000. Fifty percent of the bill is due at the time of the initial agreement. MG Law Services shall pay the remaining cost no later than 7 days upon the completion of the project.

L. Peters Design Studio reserves the right to withhold project deliverables until the final payment has been made. A five percent daily late fee charge will apply to any payment received after the initial due date.

The following policies and regulations apply to all products and services rendered by L. Peters Design Studio. It is pertinent that you as the client MG Law Services review the terms & conditions before entering into an agreement with our creative design firm.

All of our visual, graphical, and typographical concepts are copyrighted and only the final deliverable is available for usage by the above client. Any remaining designs must remain the Intellectual Property of L. Peters Design Studio unless the contractual agreement is modified and the payment agreement is changed based on our pricing structure and new timetable. The Commencement of Work: The production of project deliverables will begin upon the receipt of the initial down payment. A 50% deposit is required in order to begin the design process.

Payment Terms: The payment agreement is as follows: MG Law Services agrees to pay 50% of the total cost as a down payment for design services. The 50% percent down payment is nonrefundable and cannot be recouped. L. Peters Design Studio prides itself on providing exceptional visual elements and remarkable web design. In the event that a client is dissatisfied after the start of work, the down payment is forfeited and compensation is expected at the proposed hourly rate. A five percent late fee is required for each day that the payment is late. There are no exemptions from the agreed-upon late fee policy. Any request for change in scope must be put in writing and additional costs will apply based on the designing teams’ hourly rate and the L. Peters Design Studio pricing module.
